Nice hotel if you stay on the south wing

Posted Nov 3, 2014
Pros: Hot tub was relaxing
Cons: They need to put fridge and microwave in rooms
South wing nice and quiet, north side next to a busy street and also some on the air conditioners are pretty noisy when running. All in all nice hotel

Prostitutes and pimps

Posted Nov 2, 2014
There were numerous prostitutes and pimps frequenting the hotel. If I hadn't prepaid for this stay, I would have left immediately.

Good price. I'd stay there again but . . . .

Posted Oct 24, 2014
Pros: Clean rooms, recreation room, comfortable beds & bedding.
Cons: Fix ice machine. Make breakfast more healthy.
Location: Phoenix Temple, Shopping along Bell Road.
Breakfast was low on protein, high on sugar. Only one working ice machine. Check-in staff was terrific. Overnight staff responded appropriately to my noisy neighbor problem the first night, but the second night left the spilled Big Gulp matter (not mine) I reported on the flooring near the working ice machine. Early in the morning I slipped and fell, in it, and returned placing a bath towel from my room on it. I had offered the night staff man when I reported it, but he implied I didn't need to, so I didn't. I'd stay there again for the price, and do something else for breakfast.

Decent Hotel for Price

Posted Oct 21, 2014
Pros: Location was pretty good. Room was clean.
Cons: Hallway doors could have been wiped a little cleaner. Overall upkeep of the hotel wasn't too bad, but could have been improved.
Hotel was in ok shape. Air filter was dirty, but that is typical in most hotels. The room was comfortable. Was nice for the price.

Nice room at amazing price!

Posted Oct 10, 2014
Pros: Love love love the bed and pillows and breakfast.
Cons: The rooms are.listed online as having a microwave and mini fridge, I've stayed in several different rooms at this hotel and have yet to see either.
Location: Close to freeway making it minutes from anything in Phoenix.
I love staying at this hotel. The rooms are nice the beds and pillows are comfy. Their breakfast is one of the best features of this hotel. There is a very very friendly and lively man who does the breakfast and he really helps kick off a great morning with a great attitude and friendliness that is remarkable.

The hotel manager threatened me and swore at me

Posted Oct 6, 2014
Made me feel.net like I did not belong there. The manager asked me to leave with swear words and a loud voice when my room was he thought not paid for. When it was brought to his attention that the room was indeed paid for he simply walked away after he threatened to call police.

disappointing

Posted Sep 30, 2014
the beds were comfy, but the breakfast staff did not show up so we got no breakfast, the carpets were stained and stinky, the toilets stopped up and flooded our room 2X and we had to switch rooms, and worst of all we left a cell phone in the room and the cleaning staff stole it and the manager did nothing about it. don't stay here!

Will never stay here again

Posted Sep 28, 2014
Cons: Cleanliness - looked like carpets were being replaced, which were badly needed. The room was comfortable, but had mold on bathroom ceiling.
Had the room booked for 3 nights, but knew the first night I didn't want to stay. The hallways were musty smelling with really dirty carpeting like maybe it had been wet or something. The room was ok as far as size, amenities and comfort, but smelled funny too when I first walked. I talked to front desk about possibly not staying the 3 days and was told, no problem, I would be refunded money paid for the additional nights. I decided to stay 2 nights because my grandson was very sick, in the hospital, and I didn't want to move hotels. I noticed water damage in the closet and then noticed mold above the sinks in the bathroom. I have COPD and did not want to stay in a room with mold. I went to the desk the morning of my 3rd day and told the manager I was checking out and he said he could not give me a refund for the unused night and, Expedia, who I booked the room through would not refund either. I called Expedia when I got home to Tucson and within a few minutes they had called the hotel and I had a refund on my credit card. Needless to say, I will never stay there again and I'm sure friends and family won't either.

Lots of potential

The hotel was under renovation construction. The room was very comfortable and nice. Once the renovations are complete, the hotel will be excellent.
