“No extra blankets or pillows in the hotel - Really?!?”

The hotel was clean and nicely laid out. The room description for a pull-out bed did not mention it was twin-sized. When we had to make an extra spot on the floor for one of our kids, we were told by the front desk that there were no extra pillows or blankets in the hotel. Really?!? The breakfast was delicious, but ended at 9:00 am. Several people, my husband included, missed breakfast. We won't bother coming back.

“Good Location”

Hotel checkin lady seemed confused and not well trained. Location was great and the hotel was clean and the breakfast staff was great. We had a second floor room and the folks above were either loud or the construction wasn't good. If I stayed there again I'd insist on the top floor.

“Our 2nd stay here. Comfortable beds, good breakfast. Would stay again.”

This is a smoke free hotel and had a good breakfast selection. The bed was very comfortable and so were the choice of pillows. Breakfast is served a little longer on weekends so guests can sleep in. I was very happy with this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

“Great location for the buck.”

The hotel was clean and the front desk person was very attentive to my needs. I checked in late and had no car. I was hungry and the agent went above and beyond but providing me with menus from local places that I could order from.

“Better Than Most”

Of all the hotels I've stayed at in the Phoenix area, including the Sheraton right across the street, this hotel has been by far the best. It's clean, comfortable, very nicely decorated. The service staff is always very friendly and helpful. I won't stay anywhere else when in Phoenix.

“Good for the Money”

The hotel was nice. I usually stay at Comfort Inn-This hotel meet my expectations. Clean, staff was nice, area was nice- easy access to I-10, and airport (10mins). I would stay there again.

“Airport hotel???”

Airport Hotel with NO airport noise! It was wonderful!

Area recommendations

The area east of the airport was clean and easy to get around. Not too much in the way of restaurants that we found, but OK. Phoenix isn't too easy to get around in, but if you ask routes to the airport, THAT is always easy!

“Very Nice hotel”

The hotel was peprfectly liocated for us since we were going to the airport the following morning, and it was close by. The staff was very nice and helpful and the room was very spacious and clean. Probably not the best location if you are planning on stayuinng for a longer period but perfect if you are goig to the airport.

“I'm traveling to the same city again in a week and I will stay elswhere”

The Hotel was OK, but nothing special. A minor point (at lest for me) was that TV reception was poor, I guess it could have been the TV in my room. I don't watch a lot of TV. I also had trouble with my room keys and had to go down to the desk to have them reset twice tio get in to my room.

Area recommendations

Next trip I will be staying closer to downtown Tempe (closer to University St) due to traffic and access to restaurants etc. (I wanted to order out on evening the week I was in town and was unable to do so at this location).

“Great hotel for the price!”

Only complaint was an odd odor in our room, perhaps because it used to be smoking. It wasn't bad enough to request a room change. Overall very impressed, big room, comfortable beds. Complimentary breakfast was good too. Good central location.
