“OK”

When we arrived one of the beds was missing the bedspread and I advised the front desk clerk and said she would provide one for us the next day, however we did not receive a bedspread. Also, the fold-out bed was broken at the end of the bed. I did not mention this to the staff as I felt it more of a hassle to change rooms.

“Nice hotel with indoor pool in Phoenix”

My kids loved the indoor pool, we loved the outdoor hot tub. The hotel was very nice except the room had some plumbing problems that required several calls to correct. The staff were very pleasant and the hotel was clean.
