Home away from homePosted Jul 1, 2015
Originally we were booked for two nights but unforseen events kept us in AZ for over a week. Our stay here was very welcoming and stress free. We enjoyed the staff and our entire stay.

Good hotelPosted Apr 11, 2015 on Hotels
The hotel is very well located and staff is very helpful. Rooms are spacious. Cleaning is so so, and breakfast is poor

Great staff, old hotelPosted Apr 8, 2015
I witnessed a staff member offering to walk down the street to buy guest a newspaper after all the complimentary ones were gone. I wish they worked at more updated hotel. Indoor pool was wonderfully warm which is good. Room toilet and tub were stained beyond repair.

Great price...convenient, quiet location.Posted Apr 8, 2015 on Hotels
The hotel is very close and convenient to downtown Scottsdale and also walking distance to Scottsdale Stadium if you are going to a Spring Training Game. We only stayed for one night, but the room and bathroom were both clean and comfortable. The front desk as helpful and there was a continental breakfast served in the morning. Not much...but a few things.

accessibility to Old Town Scottsdale exaggeratedPosted Mar 23, 2015
Pros: clean, friendly
Cons: larger breakfast area would be welcome
Location: Old Town Scottsdale
We were very pleased we had a rental car. Wear your walking shoes to get to Old Town. A bit pricey for the product.

We won't stay there againPosted Mar 20, 2015 on Hotels
After staying at the Holiday Inn Express (which shares the same parking lot) it's hard to take a step backwards. We asked for a ground level room facing the pool, only to find out that the pool was indoors. No sunbathing by the pool. The breakfast area is small and the food was typical high carb high sugar stuff. They are not competitive with the other hotels in the area. They are desperately in need of a renovation. In March, people are there for spring training baseball and this is not,a desirable place to stay. Not to be completely negative, the staff there was very nice.

Love how convenient this hotel is to Scottsdale stadium. Would prefer an outdoor pool and spa to an indoor one. Even though there was an outdoor spa it was very enclosed and didn't seem to be outdoors. Good value overall.

Great!Posted Mar 16, 2015
This hotel is a great location to downtown and Scottsdale stadium. The hotel staff was also great and kind, they had a lot of great recommendations and answered all the questions we had with a smile.

We selected this motel because it was close to the ballpark...it's getting a little worn but was clean and staff was helpful .
