“Don't impress me much”

The staff at this hotel is not very friendly, after we first went to the room the toilet was clogged and the shower was nasty. We were handed a plunger and left to fend for our selves!! The Breakfast and the guy making it were the best points of our stay he was always friendly and chipper and made sure breakfast food was always hot and fresh.

“Stay here!”

This hotel was terrific. There was ample storage space, great room service,and the staff was knowledgable and pleasant, regardless of the time of day or night. We will definitely stay here again.

“Book a room that doesn't face east!”

All was great for the price--nice to have a suite instead of just a bedroom, and the staff was terrific. Nice, quiet hotel. In the morning, though, the room was much too bright: longer, heavier drapes are needed.

Area recommendations

Next time we would stay in Phoenix proper, I think--or at least closer to Old Town Scottsdale.

“Great location!”

This property is walking distance to all of the Old Town restaurants and shops. We only stayed one night this time, but I would stay here again.

“Great stay - we'll be back”

Our stay was terrific. The room was clean and had all the stated amenities. Our desk clerk was attentive not only to getting us checked in quickly but also to alert us a nearby street closure that was taking place due to a local parade. She gave us directions which enabled us to get to our meeting on time the next day. Breakfast was terrific - area clean and hot foods were hot. Staff members were available for questions or special needs. We will make a point of coming back to this hotel Loved the non-smoking feature. Easy access to Old Scottsdale shopping/restaurant area. Close to airport and to major streets.

“Great hotel for BCS Championship Game”

The hotel was within walking distance to all of Scottsdale (about a mile or slightly more if you walk all the way to the north side). The hotel was clean, our bed was comfortable and it had all the basic ammenities we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable social visit.

“"A must stay"”

The hotel was an excellent choice. We had the two queen and sofa pullout and had plenty of room for six!! The front desk and general manager were awesome. The continental breakfast was something we all looked foward to and worth getting up for. Highly recommend because of comfort and location.

Area recommendations

The Fashion Mall and Arizona State University very close. For an excellent time with the family Dave & Busters which is down the street from ASU. Both locations are within a ten minute drive.

“Great Location”

“Paid for two nights, only stayed for one !!”

We checked in about 5:00 p.m. there was a dog barking next door. There was hair on the pillow cases and the room was just kind of run down. We paid for two nights but only stayed for one.
