Beautiful and Relaxing StayPosted Nov 19, 2013
Pros: Everything was very nice and really enjoyed the spa.
Cons: Not much to eat in the morning. Had to go elsewhere for breakfast but discovered the wonderful golf course nearby.
Location: Pretty quiet location. This is not for nightlife but for peace and relaxation.
Looking for one night of relaxation in the dessert and found it here at the CopperWynd Resort. Had a nice patio dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a very clean and comfortable room with a great view.

Spa/Hotel With Wonderful ViewsPosted Nov 3, 2013
Pros: Very quiet, spacious rooms with patios featuring long mountain views. A fireplace in every room & huge bathrooms.
Cons: Add breakfast.
Location: In Fountain Hills, near the Frank Lloyd Wright home Taliesin West & the Southwest Animal Rescue. We enjoyed visiting both during our trip.
Easy check in, added bonus of spa credits from using Expedia. Terrific, huge room, great rate, free bottles of water. Enjoyed leftovers from yummy dinner at Alchemy on our private patio next day. Loved the long views of the town, driving range & distant mountains. Can see the Fountain Hills fountain go off every hour on hour for 15 min. Quiet, comfy rooms with fireplaces & enormous bathrooms. (The bathroom was bigger than my last SF hotel room!) We brought our own b'fasts, & kept them in our room fridge, so that wasn't an issue. Can get muffins, etc in the lobby. Easy to find & get to. Pretty landscaping. Free parking & WIFI! Pool for kids & an adult only pool so was quiet for adults. We'd happily go back the next time we're in AZ.

Worth every minute!Posted Oct 11, 2013
Rooms were extremely comfortable! The staff was 5 star! View incredible! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway to head there fast! We did not visit the restaurant or spa but I know if we did it would have made the already perfect trip better! Thank you to the staff for this wonderful trip I got to spend with my sister and my beautiful mother who is battling cancer! They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect!

How do you spell relax - c-o-p-p-e-r-w-y-n-d!!Posted Oct 7, 2013
Pros: Full service spa, located on site. Even got my hair cut...
Location: We drove to Scottsdale for dinner and a movie at iPic, spendy but fun as we don't have dinner theater around home.
The view was spectacular, the pool excellent, the service outstanding, the food delicious, the room huge. Our weather couldn't have been better, sitting out on the deck reading a book in a nice brease. Not much planning went into our descision to go to AZ or stay at CopperWynd, but worked out perfectly. We were there in October, kind of an off time, but had the resort pretty much to ourselves, or at least that was the way it felt.

Fantastic hotel/resortPosted Sep 17, 2013
Pros: location, facilities and staff
Location: Lots of walking trails nearby
The hotel location is amazing, the scenery is outstanding overlooking the desert with mountains in the distance, late afternoon just before sunset is the best time for the views. Rooms are great, staff are fantastic very helpful, friendly and welcoming.

Top class hotel in a beautiful locationPosted Sep 3, 2013
This is a superb hotel in every respect, from the beautiful traditional decor and quality of the building and gardens to the serene and peaceful location and the amazing views. Our stay would have been perfect had we not visited in low season. It wasn't the heat that bothered us but the fact that the restaurant was closed for the summer - and we were not told about this until several weeks after we had booked both the hotel and the restaurant. The fact is that Fountain Hills is five to ten minutes drive away and most of the decent eateries there close quite early in the evening. There is nowhere within walking distance.

Lovely retreat!Posted Jun 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
Loved it. The hotel was upscale with beautifully maintained grounds and two pools. The staff was very helpful and cheerful. The restaurant in the hotel was not open for breakfast but the manager and staff prepared us a delicious breakfast sandwich and delivered it to our room.
