Great place to relax and enjoy Phoenix.Posted Nov 28, 2014
Pros: I liked its general location and the layout of the exterior.
Cons: A little more variety on the menues.
Location: Boyce Thompson Arboretum was a short drive away and a wonderful and unusual botanical garden.
I have been to Phoenix before and always stayed in a commercial area, never again. I found the Copperwynd an outstanding place to rest and relax after spending a long day hiking and explorind.

Quick last minute trip. Great quality for the price because it's a little off the beaten path. Beautiful quiet setting.

Peaceful and RelaxingPosted Oct 12, 2014
Pros: Barista, patio and service off Barista, free internet access, dining room atmosphere & view. Check-in staff very helpful.
Cons: The sewer smell was horrific several times in our room. I didn't think I would be able to sleep because of the smell one night.
Location: Lovely view of the hills, peaceful and quiet. Golf courses near by.
Enjoyed relaxing on the patio. Very quiet and peaceful. Very friendly and great service for breakfast and lunches in the Barista. Handy to have a pedicure in spa during my stay.

Discovered a Gem!Posted Aug 31, 2014
Pros: First class resort and amenities are what Copperwynd is all about! It is on a hillside with an expansive view of the valley from our balcony; quiet!!!
Location: We were there to play golf at both Eagle Mountain and Fire Rock, both minutes away. Looks like nice hiking out the front door, as well. Nice pool/spa
We stumbled upon this beautiful and secluded resort situated on a hillside in Fountain Hills, AZ., on the Expedia website. In August, we felt that we had the place to ourselves and really enjoyed the tranquility!

Staycation ParadisePosted Mar 30, 2014 on Hotels.com
My husband and I, yet again, had another phenomenal stay at Copperwynd. We were there 3 nights for a birthday/anniversary stay. If you think true customer service is non-existant, then you have not had the pleasure of experiencing ALL of the staff at Copperwynd! We can't decide which is most impressive...the impeccable service, picturesque views, or culinary delectability. A must experience for this hidden piece of paradise!

almost a 4 star resortPosted Mar 29, 2014
Cons: a daily breakfast in the restaurant would be nice
Location: Fountain Hills is one of those gems of a town that nobody knows about, its got a really nice park and good restaurants
This resort has everything going for it,the location is out of the way in a really nice town that has a orderly and safe feeling about it.The resort is very nice, the fitness center is open at 5:30am and the workout and shower facilities are nice. The pool and spa areas are excellent and have great views. The bar and lounge area is nice also with great views. The grounds are clean with great views and nice little isolated spots to relax in.The room we had was nice, the bathroom area is huge and the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor attached patio area was small and didn't offer much privacy which is what prevented me from saying this is a 4 star resort. The staff were excellent, they were not the overly talkative over the top type, just a good solid group.

Wonderful swimming pools, including a lap pool.Posted Mar 26, 2014
Cons: Although we stayed five nights, I don't think they ever changed the sheets, and as the week went by, they didn't replace shampoo, coffee, etc.
This is a beautiful resort hotel. There is nothing at all within walking distance.
