Clean hotel with good employees

I stayed for six days and with the exception of the pool being a little dirty and the ice machine on my floor not working it was quite nice.

Good location.

Central to many spring training facilities. Easy access to major highways. Clean, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast.

Pros: They let us check in early. I had requested one king-sized bed, but was very happy with the two queen beds they gave us. They were very accommodating
Cons: nothing
My husband and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The place was very clean and neat. Even tho check-in was at 4:00 PM, they let us check in at 1:00. We really appreciated that as we had a benefit affair to attend that afternoon and knew we probably would not check in until later that night. The buffet breakfast was delicious....simple and there was a lot of food to choose. If we ever return to Phoenix, we will definitely stay there again.

Nice quick stay in North Phoenix

Pros: Good continental breakfast. Pool.
Cons: Shower water pressure, fan, front desk staff always seemed to be working on something or in the back room whenever we came to the front desk.
Location: Near the 101 loop, shopping/food/movie theatre.
We stayed here for one night because we arrived a day earlier then our condo rental period. The hotel has a nice home feel, large fireplace and staircase in the lobby. Breakfast room overlooks the back courtyard and the pool. The continental breakfast was good definitely better then most- had a few hot items and a large selection of breads, cereals, muffins ect. We booked the one bedroom king, the furnishings were nice and everything looked and worked fine. The bathroom was pretty small, one sink and barely enough room for 2 people to use the mirror and counter. The water pressure was really high from the shower, and the bathroom fan didn't seem to work. There was a small kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge and a sink. Overall it had everything that we needed for 1 night, I would recommend this hotel for 1-3 nights, a step up from a Best Western or Holiday Inn. Check in was 4pm and checkout 11am.
