Country Inn & Suites Mesa

Good quality for its value. Friendly service and decent facilities. However, there is a smell of old cigarrete smoke on the elevator.

The room smelled upon arrival and they were late cleaning the room 2 of the 5 days that we were there. The pool was closed for one full day and very cloudy for another day...

Was a great location close to parents and mall. The room was clean and the area was easy to get to.

Breakfast buffet was great every morning. Queen beds felt more like doubles. Beautiful hotel. Enjoyed stay.

The windows did not shut out any of the highway traffic that was busy all night long. In fact it seemed as if the windows were partially open, but we checked & they were indeed closed. The bathroom needed improvement. The tub obviously had a liner installed, which created a very long step down when exiting the tub. The bed was comfortable and clean. We needed to stay some place with a shuttle to the airport. However, on the way to the airport, we observed that we could have stayed closer, but that particular hotel didn't come up on hotels.com. Even with a discount, it was over priced for the quality and room location - next to the elevator.

Even tho the motel was booked full for the time we stayed. there were no hassles, other than finding an open table at the breakfasts. Our room was on The HWY 60 side so it was somewhat noisy.Especially like the location for getting around Mesa and Gilbert and to and from the Mesa airport.

Our suite was located on the 4th floor on the highway side of the building. The road noise was very, very loud. After the second night, I went Walgreens and purchased a box of ear plugs to deaden the road noise. On the third day, we tried to change our room location but management told us there weren't any other suites available. Also on a number days, room service didn't change out used coffee cups and re-supply us with coffee for the next day. It was long seven day stay for me. I will not stay at this hotel again.

I stayed at this hotel the last time I visited Arizona and I absolutely loved it. The hotel is kept so clean, the staff is friendly, the room service is great, and I loved the complimentary breakfast!
