“Will only stay at Marriott courtyard”
By far the best hotel I stayed in from cleanliness to courtesy to comfort

not a bad place to go. the gym was a bit lacking, and there is only one small restraunt in the hotel food is ok.
“young attitudes”
The staff seemed to be on autopilot and not very personable. The shuttle took 2 phone calls and 40 minutes (after 10:30 at night) to pick us up even though it was less than a 5 minute drive. Ir would have been nice if their sister hotel (literally right next door) had agreed to take us to our hotel, but their shuttle refused. The knock at the door at 7:15 am was also unpleasant. The staff here didn't seem to realize you just put the invoice under the door.
“Superb Place!!”
As an allergy prone person who gets headaches from too much perfume on people or in cleaning products, I was especially pleased to find that this Courtyard uses perfume-free (or very very mildly perfumed) products! It smelled clean with no artificial odors. The beds were firm but not hard -- another very important part of my hotel stays. I can highly recommend this hotel to anybody; and plan to stay there again myself.
“Great for business travelers; good for leisure travelers”
Negatives: the pool was too cold and the hot tub could have been warmer, too. When I got down there in the evening, there were no towels at the poolside. The cycling A/C in the room was a bit loud. Why don't they fix the room doors (to the hall) so they don't slam? No complimentary breakfast. Positives: great internet service (plus printing boarding passes service) available in lobby and GOOD coffee--I was down there at 5:30 am & it was ready and free. The university neighborhood just a mile or so away is very lively with lots of varied restaurants & shopping. Shuttle sevice to airport. A little pricey for our family but proximity to airport was key.
“Perfect end to our trip”
We spent the night here before our return to Maryland. The hotel was spotless, very comfortable, friendly and the breakfast was excellent. We were presented a bill for the breakfast even though our reservation said breakfast included, but the desk quickly cleared up the error.
