Check in was super easy and quick. They are Ben offered us complimentary water bottles which was nice. They have a small place to grab quick bites to eat including Starbucks drinks. Our room was clean and spacious. We had a microwave and mini fridge which was a bonus. My husband used the fitness room and shared no complaints. My biggest issue is that the hotel is traffic noise from the nearby freeways. You can hear it all night and it does interrupt your sleep. I would think they would have built a sound barrier insulation during the construction of the hotel. Everything else was fine.

This hotel was very nice, especially considering that the price was less than other hotels in the area. Upon our arrival, the staff was extremely friendly and gracious everybody had a smile. Our room was clean and came with everything that we would need, the only thing I would have changed is a combination tub/shower, rather than just a standalone shower, but that was my mistake during my booking. The bistro/bar in the lobby was a little bit pricey, but the food was great and the service was even better there Were a lot of shops and restaurants right in the immediate area and access to the hotel from the main roads was very easy and convenient to get to 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

There was a lot of noise, a fire alarm after little kids were asleep and what looked like prostitutes in the lobby. Also many transients around the area.

Lousy lumpy beds.
When I do my business travel I like to stay at nice place to get some good food and rest well. But not this place, the looks nice from the outside and inside but the beds are terrible lumpy. Came home with a back ache from sleeping on bed for two nights.

Driveway confusing with little/no lighting. Elevator(s) also confusing. No up/down button. So ended up on wrong floor at one point. Also appeared 1 elevator broke down and staff did not know .

Great room and bar!
Service was wonderful, check was easy. Marcy in the bar was great, very helpful and the food and drink were great. She stayed open a little longer since checked in later, really appreciated her kindness. Room was clean and comfortable, faces bed towards the window was a great idea. We will stay here every time.

Nice, clean hotel with a couple minor issues
The hotel is really well kept and nice. The rooms are clean and nice. The main issue is that the bathroom doesn’t have a fan switch. There is fan but no switch and our bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way due to the door running into the jam at the bottom.

Family trip!
We enjoyed the hotel, but the only down fall was that the cafe had small hours of operation. If they could extend it to 11am I think that would be beneficial!

The employees at the front desk and the cleaning ladies were very nice. The Place was clean the only complaint I have is that the breakfast was not included in the price. The bathroom door got stuck to so that was loud in the middle of the night.

Staff was great and accommodating, but room unfortunately faced freeway and was quite noisy all night long so although the bed was comfortable the noise kept us awake!
