“Good room, Bargain Price”
The room was small but nicely appointed including an excellent TV. While Fiesta Mall is a couple blocks away, a lot of other retail buildings are vacant. However, the rate is amazingly low!

I like that all Marriott Courtyards are basically the same; you always know what you're going to get when you arrive. This Courtyard was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel to any business or leisure travelers!

“Leaf Blowers at 7 AM!!! Argh!!!”
Everything would have been perfect if it weren't for the noisy leaf blower right next to our window at 7 AM! We didn't need to be up until 9. Otherwise ..dandy. When I'm out of town on business, sleep is of maximum importance! That's the only reason I rated comfort low. The bed was comfy.
