Not too Happy

Pros: The close proximity to the airport.
Cons: I'm not sure where to start, perhaps management could check each room before bookings are made
Location: The hotel is right across the street from a strip club.
Flew to Arizona to return my kids to their mom after spending a wonderful summer with them. I just wanted a good night sleep before an early morning flight back home. The first room was not clean so I was moved. The second room was cleaner but the air did not work. I was finally moved to another room and tried to get some rest. The hotel is right across the street from a strip club and is not in the best neighborhood. Be careful

Too Hot to Sleep

The pool in the online picture has been filled in. They do have a pool but it is a small round pool, maybe 24 feet. The beds were vert uncomfortable & the AC did not cool the room. Would not recommend, wasn't worth the few dollars we saved.

Pros: Near airport.
Cons: Needs remodel and new staff.
Location: Airport.
Run down and very unhappy staff. Bed was worn out. Despite this I slept pretty well.

DIRTY SHEETS!

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Wash the sheets! After every guest!
Location: Just took the shuttle to the airport, didn't check out the prison or mental hospital next door.
We arrived late, the lobby door was locked. The man at the front desk made us wait outside until he confirmed our reservation. When we got to the room, we thought it looked ok, not great, but ok. Then I pulled back the covers on one of the beds. The sheets were filthy! It was obvious they had not been washed in a LONG time! The other bed was the same. Since it was so late and we had an early flight, we slept on top of the covers. In the morning, on the way to the front desk to check out, I walked by the maid cart. She was cleaning a room near us. There were only towels on the cart, no sheets. I don't think clean sheets are too much to ask when staying at a motel. Do not stay here. Expedia should not even have them listed. It was truly disgusting!

HORRIBLE HOTEL

I chose not to stay in this particular hotel after arrival. the Front Desk clerk was blowing her nose in my face and was rude. The area of the hotel was in a less than desirable neighborhood. Pool was green and unusable. When asked if I could see the room before staying the clerk did let me go to check the room. Upon entering the room, Housekeeping obviously is extremely lacking. The smell instantly made my eyes water, there was trash on the floor, alarm clock buzzing loudly and the mirror hadn't been cleaned in quite sometime. I didn't get far enough into the room to check the bathroom as the smell was too much. After I returned to the Front Desk to let the clerk know I would not be staying she got rather defensive and yelled loudly "Well, you're not getting your money back." Told her about the issues I had with the room and she stated I wasn't the first person to complain. I have stayed at other Days Inn Hotels that were in much better condition than this one. Hotels.com should reconsider having this particular hotel on their website.

NEVER AGAIN

THE ROOM HAD A HORRIBLE SMELL AS THO THEY WERE TRYING TO DEODORIZE A FOUL SMELL FROM THE ROOM. THE T.V. REMOTE DIDN'T WORK... PROBABLY SINCE THE MAKE OF THE T.V. AND THE REMOTE WERE NOT THE SAME. THE ALARM CLOCK DIDN'T WORK. THE BEDDING WAS OLD AND STAINED. THE LITTLE A/C UNIT UNDER THE WINDOW IN NO FASHION COMPENSATED FOR THE ARIZONA HEAT. WE STAYED HOT ALL NIGHT WHILE TRYING TO SLEEP. THE AREA WAS DEFINITELY ON THE WORST SIDE OF PHOENIX. I LIKE TO SAVE MONEY WHILE TRAVELING, SEARCHING FOR GOOD PRICES, BUT, I DON'T SEE MYSELF USING HOTELS.COM AGAIN.

TERRIBLE HOTEL

This is convenient to the airport and per Hotelsdotcom, was the lowest cost....and the old saying continues to be true, namely, you get what you pay for.....dirty carpeting beyond a cleaning solution; king bed so old that it sags in the middle; sheets and pillow cases so threadbare that you cannot tell if they are just old or dirty; furniture that looks like it was purchased at a flea market; a 20 year old TV; a bathtub so aweful, my wife would not take a bath in it; woodwork that was painted over so many times, it is pealing; walls that appear to have been painted without doing crack repairs and power wash cleaning...this was $69...and should be a $19 per night..Days Inn is disgraced by owning this property...BUYERS BEWARE...Hotels.com rates this property 2.6; and should be 1.6...only good thing is proximity to airport--but there are several choices and this one will NEVER be selected in our future stays by the airport....

Low cost was not worth it.

Pros: Beds and bathroom were clean.
Cons: Shuttle service, floor cleanlieness.
Location: Far from airport and only one restaurant within miles.
We were disappointed with overall impression of hotel. Shuttle driver was unkempt and sloppy. Floors of room hadn't been vacuumed for a long time.
