“Alittle too noisy for me”
The hotel room was very clean. The person at the front desk was very nice. The problem i had with our room was that it was very noisy. We were very tired when we got there it was late. You could hear the traffic going by. Car/room doors shutting. Then at 2am i had drunk people screaming outside my door. I called the front desk and asked for security was told they didnt have any but he would come check it out. Needless to say we didnt get much sleep and we had to get up early to finish our trip.
“Good inexpensive in Tempe Area”
We needed a hotel for Thanksgiving near my family. I was so pleasantly surprised with the Days Inn. Nice and quiet. Quick check in. Nice breakfast (included), spa, pool, and a helpful staff. All at a very, very good rate.
“Okay for overnighter”
Covenient location, close to airport, restaurants and coffee house within walking distance. Staff friendly and helpful. Good place for overnighter. Rooms tend to be a little small and crowded. Need to make sure appliances within working order. Oh and bed too hard!
“About what to expect for the price - 2.5 star”
Carpet was dirty, but rest of room okay. Bed was okay, but though booked a queen-sized, it felt more like a double? Bathroom wall was patched and painted in a different shade. Odd. Breakfast was passable, but coffee wasn't. Location is good. Easy to get to. Phone didn't work, but was replaced. Service people pleasant. For the price, it was about what one should expect so, on that basis, I would recommend it. If you are expecting a 3 star room for a 2.5 star price, this is not the place. I'd give it 2.5 stars.
“very impressed with Mike Mali the General Manager”
For the money one of the best in the area Internet is a little slow and I am ssure they are working on that subject Easy to get on and off the freeway
“will go back”
we only were to stay one night but because of the cleaniness of the room and the friendly staff we stayed 3 more nights. i will recommend this hotel to friends who will be visiting the area. it was a great location for everything that we needed to do while out there. the pool was clean, any time that we used it we were the only people which was very nice to be able to relax outside.
“Great place to stay!”
The Days Inn in Tempe, was a really enjoyable, clean hotel to stay at! Mike was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The pool was wonderful and had a great waterfall! The hot tub was just as nice. Great night sleep and went to have a complimentary breakfast, and found out it was a hot breakfast! Eggs, sausage, toast, and fresh hot waffles!!! It was awesome! Thank you Mike, for keeping the hot breakfast!
“Nice”
Have stayed in a couple of other place in the same area. This hotel is value for money. Will definetly recommend to anyone...
“clean room but scalding water only from shower”
Brandon checked us in and was very friendly. Got to room which was supposed to be 2 queen beds 2 room suite with a sofa bed. NO SOFA BED. Didn't matter because third possible guest didn't show. The room was clean but when we tried to use the shower only scalding hot water came out, no matter where we turned the shower water control handle, so couldn't take a shower. Informed clerk at check-out, who didn't seem to care. If you stay here, check the shower water temp to make sure it adjusts to a usable temp. Otherwise, acceptable room. Free breakfast was just toast, waffles pastries coffee and juice.
“Worth the low price”
I'm on a strict travel budget so I wasn't looking for the newest and brightest hotel. Days Inn was functional and met my needs. The room is small, but there was a fridge, microwave, and free wifi (things I often pay extra to have). The breakfast was a step up from the carb-heavy breakfasts some places offer with both scrambled and hard boiled eggs and also bacon. I have time to use the pool and spa, but they looked well maintained.
