Shabby, not chic

Posted Jul 2, 2015
Pros: Very near many eating establishments.
Cons: Nothing; tear it down and build a new one.
Location: Located on a bustling street with many chain restaurants and shopping but good location to areas in Tempe.
Our room had multiple stains in the carpet that seemed permanent. The layout of the hotel is odd, which made a direct path to the front desk impossible; you have to wind around the whole building. We kept getting calls intended for the front desk. The pools are not cooled, so a late afternoon or evening dip is like taking a bath.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons: Updated rooms and beds
Location: They advertised being within 6 miles of Chase stadium it was more than twice the miles away.
Beds were very uncomfortable sliding off the box spring. Carpets were stained. Swimming pool was cloudy. Knowing of the Days Inn hotels I thought it would be a good place to stay it was not. I will never stay there again.

Cons: Cleanliness needs updated. Stains on carpet and just felt grungy!
Called hotel directly to confirm reservation for late check in as plane didn't land until 12am. They couldn't find reservation. Had to make 2 more calls before they could find it. They did eventually find it and did allow me to check in at 2:30 am due to a late flight.

Pros: The jacuzzi was great and clean
Cons: Clean your carpets and the bathrooms better . Have better flushing in you commodes. We had to flush twice.
Location: Was close for the ASU Graduations. and Restaurants
The staff was cordial, I was surprised of age of the place behind in updates. however that was ok the part that was disappointing was the dirty carpets and the bathroom , The tub would had mold on it. Just needs to be cleaned up and when there's 4 people staying in a room it should of been set up for 4 towels and washcloths.soaps. The air-conditioner should of been in the bedroom. We were disappointing in the room it was not like the picture shown.

Old furnishings. Awkward layout.

Posted May 18, 2015
Pros: People were nice.
Cons: Get over the paranoia!. Modernize the furnishings.
Can't read instructions on aged heat pump. Breakfast area locked during breakfast. Gate to pool area locked. Necessary to walk around building to get to areas that are adjacent??
