Decent for price.

I've stayed at this hotel several times for work assignments recently. Overall it is a good value for the price with breakfast of waffles, cereal, breads, juice, coffee and free wireless internet. Rooms are spacios and the small kitchenette with good size refrigerator is a nice addition. The rooms I've stayed in have been generally dated but mostly clean though carpet in one was in need of cleaning as it left bottom of socks black. Maid service sometimes misses your room for cleaning because hotel always seems full. This time there was a heavy lingering smell of a smoker in non-smoking room. The iron didn't work but the helpful desk staff replaced it quickly. The pool area is very nice. Overall for the price and convenience to a gym, Costco, Walmart and other shopping while close to freeway makes this good budget stay.

Super basic

Posted Nov 18, 2014
Filthy carpets, dirty couch with a rip in it. Room wasn't ready on checkin. Lugged 3 kids up 3 flights of stairs to find housekeeping still in the room. Bathroom door was ready to fall off and had to be replaced while we were there. Shortage of bath towels. We were given pool towels for 2 of our 4 nights. Staff was nice. Breakfast is 2 kinds of cold cereal and a gallon of milk on the counter, some sliced bread and some apples. There was yogert if u knew to ask for it. One waffle maker. Ran out of cereal on our third morning. Outdoor pool was not heated but nice. This property needs a major overhaul. Need a quick and cheap place, go for it. Wouldn't recommend it for families. Again, staff was very nice.

Disappointing hotel.

Posted Nov 17, 2014
Pros: N/A
Cons: Better control of where people are smoking and what rooms have animals. Also a better selection at the continental breakfast would be a major improve
During our stay we selected a non smoking room, the room smelled and there were non smoking signs on all the outside hallways and yet there were always large groups smoking outside our room and every time we walked to the car we had to walk through a fog of smoke. There were also dogs in the adjacent rooms and the people who owned them left them locked in the rooms during the day and early night so they were howling and barking at all hours. We had to keep the noisy AC unit on to try and sleep with all of the other noise. There was nobody policing the hotel and obviously will rent to anyone. Will definitely not stay here again and I will be back in the area in January with 8-10 people for a week and will stay somewhere else...

The Sagging Mattress

Posted Nov 17, 2014
We had to either sleep with our backs together or cling to the edge. This was due to poor quality of our mattress. It was far past the point of replacement.

Convenient location and good value as far as cost.

Posted Nov 16, 2014
Pros: We like the location.
Cons: A good breakfast buffet would be a large improvement.
Location: The location right off Interstate 10 makes it very easy to shop at stores in the area and enjoy the restaurants that are close by.
Our experience was good. The suite was very spacious and comfortable.
