“Was like having a home away from home”

This was a one bedroom condo converted into a resort. You have a full Kitchen and diningroom and living room with a patio. There is even a private garage with a remote opener. Plenty of room, furnished with the basics. Nice flat screen TV above fireplace. Pool and workout rooms were small but adequate. It is a little tricky to find, you have to drive through a office complex to get to it, but it is right next to South Mountian with trail starting from the property.

“Mountain Views, condo style resort”

The resort is a timeshare and a condo resort. We have stayed there before as part of a timeshare exchange. This time, we were in an actual condo with a garage. Right next to the mountains with a patio looking out onto the mountain, beautiful! The rooms were spacious and very updated. Some maintenance issues that need to be fixed, showers were not working well, hideaway bed very thin and uncomfortable, door to outside stuck and hard to open. Otherwise, very nice area and accommodations. Pool is small with a jacuzzi but not many people so not a problem.

“Nice place to stay”

These condos are located in a quiet area. My first stay had a garage (which was great). The second stay, I did not have access to the garage. Both condos were nice (each had a window with broken mini blinds). Since this is a time share resort, you are suppose to strip linens and take out your garbage when you leave. Both were 2nd floor (2 bedrooms), with private patio. Well worth the money, I would recommend it! Check in/out was easy!

The manager was wonderful. The place was clean and spacious. We will definitely come back.

The Desert Arroyo is a wonderful property. We had a two-bedroom condo and it was like being at home. The rooms are wonderfully appointed and the property is right up against a mountain so made for good hiking. I'd definitely go back.

We rented two condos for nine people and we all were very comfortable. It was a nice way to get all of us together in a home away from our homes.

Convenient to golf and airport. Girls in office very helpful and gave good suggestions for dining and golf.

Our one bedroom condo was clean, large, and clean. Great view of South Mountain Preserve. We travel with our kids to Phoenix offer and we will return.

“Beautiful, comfortable accomodations - so quiet and peaceful.”

The condo I stayed it was wonderful, comfortable and so relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful and, to my surprise, I was given a bottle of sparkling wine and a mini cake after registration. I have a wonderful, very special time there and would recommend these accomodations to anyone. I loved the fact that I had my own attached garage to secure my vehicle and enter the condo through.
