Pros: Location, cleanliness
Cons: This is the second Drury Inn we have stayed at and neither had an exhaust fan in the bathroom.
Attended Diamondbacks game and Chase Field was very easy to get to. Enjoyed breakfast buffet at hotel and local restaurants. Very relaxing weekend!

The front staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel was clean and the free breakfast was awesome! They have a free shuttle between the airport and hotel. there is a gas station on the other side of the freeway for snacks. You can fill up your rental car and not have to worry about finding a gas station close to the airport.

Had an early flight out with a 3:45 wake up call. Front desk calls our room and wakes us up at 10:45 p.m. saying there is an angry guy that wants up to our room. We have never been to Phoenix and the only person we have ever spoken to in Phoenix was a staff member at Drury. The front desk lady allowed this person into the building without confirming the name of the person that he wished to see. That is an egregious breach of security. Then we are told he was angry when he left the building. How do you get back to sleep after that? Brutal overnight stay.

On the way to the hotel, checking the website, we were so surprised to find out about the comp dinner and 3 drinks after a 6 day moving extravaganza...the hotel is newer, beautiful, and the beds are wonderful! It was a gift from God that we SORELY needed...

Location: It is right off the highway; Sky Harbor Airport is 10 mins. away; downtown Phoenix is 20 mins.Easy access to wherever you need to be in Phoenix area.
Very impressed witht the Drury Hotel. The employees were very friendly and helpful, the room was immaculate and extremely comfortable. Free drink during happy hour with free appetizers filling enough to be dinner! Free breakfast that really is breakfast, not just coffee and donuts. The shuttle to and from the airport is free and runs 24 hrs. a day, 7 days a week and is only a 10 minute ride. I would definitely recommend staying at the Drury whenever you need a Phoenix area hotel as the price is right and the service was amazing! Higher priced hotels that I have stayed at in that area should take a lesson from the Drury!

Over all, it is great. The staff was friendly, the lobby arrangement provided many areas to work and socialize, and the food was good. The only criticism I have is the lack of stair access. I don't like having to use the elevator as the sole means of getting to and from my room. The popcorn and drinks was a nice added touch.

Location: Gas station is close by, but you will need directions.
Accessible from freeway. Large open lobby with high ceiling, lots of light, and good seating. This gave the hotel the feeling of home. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

We came to town for Spring Training baseball. This hotel was only 5 minutes from Tempe Diablo stadium. They have top-rate customer service from the servers that help with the morning breakfast and snack/drinks to the desk clerks and maids. They anticipated our every need and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The room was also very nice!

My stay was very nice. I stayed here for business for 8 days. At check in there was a very nice lady that checked me in. Her name was Jessica. She started the 8 days off on the right foot. She is a very valued member of their management team. I had an issue the very first night/morning with a shower drain that was very slow. Actually I was standing in water up to me ankles. I told the night staff in the morning and he stated he would make sure it was corrected. When I returned to my room that night I noticed it was not. I informed Jessica of this and she actually called the maintenance man on his way home and he stated he didn't see the work order for my room. She understood the importance of a good shower when one travels so she moved me to another room. She did this while being very apologetic. She even gave me a balcony to view the terrific mountains. She asked me when I went for dinner that night how the room was and I told her the shower worked great. And the view was to die for. The only thing I see that could and should be fixed at this hotel is upgrade the exterior and interior. It is really looking worn and could benefit from some TLC.
