“If looking for cheap”

It wasn't bad but since I was alone the neighborhood was scary. I only stayed one night and it served it's purpose which was cheap and free shuttle to airport and free breakfast. Bed was hard but I didn't have a backache in the morning.

Stayed for location with early morning flight, clean and what I expected for the price! Didn't go out but neighborhood didn't look great but I was just looking for a place to stay for the night. Worked out perfectly. Shuttle to airport in minutes!

“Inexpensive hotel near the airport.”

The hotel is rather ordinary, but well suited for a short stay that requires airport access. Compared to other hotels near the airport, it is relatively low-priced, which was how I had the hotels sorted by the search. The room, linens, and beds appeared to be sufficiently clean. The airport shuttle runs frequently and efficiently. Besides the shuttle, we didn't look for any amenities. The pool is a little too small to do much more than just wade. The hotel is not located adjacent to any restaurants; I think the nearest one is about a mile away. The hotel is located in the industrial area, and for some that could be a bit spooky, but it didn't bother my wife and me. We walked to the restaurant, but I expect that most people would require a car or taxi. The hotel is located conveniently for bus stops and light rail stops, and the next morning I rode the bus and light rail to collect our rental car. Overall, the hotel served our purposes exactly, which was to provide an inexpensive night's stay near the airport and airport shuttle service. There were no real frills, but we weren't looking for any. If you need more than that, then you probably need to consider a more expensive hotel.

“great for late night flt arrivals”

Our flight arrived in PHX at midnight. The hotel is VERY close to the airport. Though not in a very good neighborhood we felt safe as there's only one way in/out of the parking area which goes by the office. Bed was comfortable. So a good place to stay for a quick over-nighter but DO skip the continental breakfast! Would stay there again.

It is convenient to the airport. Room has enough space. Enough value for economical traveller.

Not the best of areas. The hotel and staff stood out and made it a great choice for our stay before our flight the following morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel room and grounds were very clean and very well kept. Saw employees outside sweeping the parking lot. The night before the pool had leaves in it, the next morning it was clean. The continental breakfast was kept well stocked and the area clean. The bed was comfortable and slept very well, no noise from traffic. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We will stay again if in the area. Please give this hotel my highest rating!!!

“Good airport location in Phoenix”

Hotel showing its age. Good size room thiough. Bed was a bit creaky. Sink separate from toilet/shower. Sink lacked a stopper for shaving. Exhaust fan started with a loud metal on metal noise. Drab appearance, but clean. Questionable neighborhood. Appreciated vigorous air conditioing on our 105*F day. Simple breakfast fare. Would have to drive a ways to find a good dinner restaurant. Staff helpful. Excellent location for easy rental car returns to Sky Harbor.
