Put me in a smoking room

Pros: Price
Cons: So many items 1) Should have maintained my reservation 2) Should have texted me about room situation
4 Issues 1) They put me in a smoking room - even though I requested a non-smoking room - No non-smoking available 2) Would not make any accommodation for not providing me with a non-smoking room 3) VERY VERY SLOW internet - finally had to use my cell phone it was so bad 4) Shuttle to the airport requires a reservation and only runs on the hour

De paso al aeropuerto de Phoenix

Pros: Su ubicación a buen precio
Cons: La cama era muy ruidosa
Location: Únicamente lo utilice como descanso antes de partir de Estados Unidos.
Esta muy bien ubicado respecto al aeropuerto de Phoenix y además cuenta con shuttle

Night get away

I had an argument with my son and wanted to be alone for the night this was the perfect getaway I watched movies and rested well to begin the next day

Disappointing overall

Cons: Unfortunately there was a person in the Lobby who, for hours, appeared to be using the Econolodge Guest computer to run her own business.
Location: The location was near to the airport, but in a section of town that had a lot of abandoned buildings and lots. Not pleasant surroundings.
We booked 2 rooms, and after receiving our keys, we drove up to the rooms to find one room had the door wide open, with the mattress set leaning against the wall, wallboards laying about, all in all, it appeared to be under renovation. We unlocked the door to the 2nd room, and it was in the same condition. We went back to the Lobby, and our young lady appeared totally surprised by the condition of our rooms. We were assigned new room numbers, but they were not yet available. We were about 40 minutes short of the 3 PM check-in. We were given no paperwork, except for the room keys, upon check-in. When we checked out, we asked for a printed receipt, and were told that could not happen, since we booked online thru Expedia. The rooms themselves each had a king-size bed, which was fine - one upholstered chair and one desk chair. The room amenities - TV and lamps were quite old fashioned, but serviceable. The bathroom and vanity was very tiny. We did not partake of the continental breakfast that apparently was offered.

Cheap airport hotel

Pros: Low cost, convenient location close to Phoenix airport with a free shuttle service.
Cons: The shuttle bus is the parking bus and is not marked "Econolodge". They should inform guests about this. The free wi-fi is low-bandwidth.
Delivers typical Econolodge no-frills value, but don't expect too much.

Low quality old hotel in bad section of town.

Pros: near airport
Cons: very dated; better check in system needed.
Location: bad location. little to do nearby.
Check in person extremely slow. I waited 40 minutes for the two people in front of me to get checked in. An area of town you would never walk anywhere, and no restaurants nearby.

Clean, Cheap and convenient

I only spent one night, but all the necessary amenities were provided. The room was clean, the shower was hot and there were both wi-fi and a free airport shuttle. All in all, very good for the money.

Hotel room smelled awful put me in another room that smelled awful as well told the house cleaners they sprayed more awful stinch spray told front desk about the air conditioning not working said oh well I left . Don't go there ghetto yuck . Bed looked ok checked sheets ok had refrigerator floor ok if it weren't for smelly sprayed rooms and ac not working would have been ok. Looks like low life scumbags stay there .

Not the best econolodge I've stayed in

Pros: A/C and free shuttle
Cons: Install a bottled water dispenser
Location: The location was near the airport which we needed, but the area was sketchy. I did not feel totally safe as I was traveling with my sister .
We arrived at night. There was no place on the premises to purchase water or even anywhere nearby. The air conditioner did work however which was nice. Coffee and a bagel in the morning was good. The price was right for a very short stay.
