“Awesome!”
Would go back again and again!
“I love you place, and when I go back to Phoenix, I want to stay with you guys!!”
It was a wonderful experience and I will inform my corp office about this hotel for our business guest(s).
“Low budget, fair hotel”
Located right off the freeway. This hotel is good for long term travelers. Short stay travelers will not find a lot of comfort. Great having a kitchen, but was out so much didn't really use. Carpet was old, and stained, and had an "old school" small TV. No views, and closest eatery was only one restaurant the Waffle House, which wasn't bad. Nothing else in walking distance.
“A good extended stay in Phoenix”
This hotel was a good bargain. The kitchenet was sufficiently equipped for cooking a good Italian meal and being able keep a few bottles of white in the fridge was a big money saver. The area was strategic for seeing both the down town and out laying attractions in Phoenix. The room could have been a little cleaner though, but the staff were very helpful and cleaned it throughly the next day.
“Not Very Impressed”
I was definitely disappointed. I was never able to gain internet access. While I did not expect 3 star frills, this was truly bare bones. The TV as very old and small with very limited channel availability compared to most hotels I have frequented in the last 2 years. It was convenient in relation to the airport, but no restaurants close by and no facility onsite. Front desk recommended going to the hotel next door for a drink and/or dessert. I will not stay there again on future trips to the area and would not recommend it to others.
“Great location for airport”
Room was great. Had fridge and microwave, and huge king size bed. Only 5 minutes from parking lot to rental car return, so it was great as I had a 6am flight out. 1 minute to Interstate 10, so all Phoenix was easy to get to. Only complaint was no wake call available and no alarm clock in room. I asked for alarm clock but they never got me one. Luckily my cell phone had a alarm feature. This is an extended stay hotel, so level of service available was below what I would expect in a regular hotel, but for the price and location, I would definitely stay again. Also, room was quiet considering close proximity to airport.
“not satisfied”
I was very disatisfied with the fact that the room i booked and prepaid fore was not avalible. What made this worse was not to be told. I only found out after being checked in , and went to the room with all my luggage.
“Good place for price”
It was a good place to stay for the price.
“My hotel in Phoenix”
Room was clean, linens fresh, and the fully equiped kitchen was a bonus. Carpets were clean, bedding and bedspread were not worn-looking, and the mattress and pillows were comfortable. Every inch of the kitchen, including the full-size refrigerator was spotless. The staff was friendly and professional. This is where I'll stay whenever I'm in Phoenix.
“Pleasant stay”
Comfortable room and really friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. Hotel was not difficult to find and very convenient to the airport and highway.
