Couldn't sleep and had to move after 4th night

The walls are paper thin, and seemingly most of the guests are living there. I was awakened each night by either a dog, people constantly coming and going in rooms near mine, and one evening a woman on the phone around 5am sitting on the stairs right outside my door in an argument. The front desk closes at 10:30pm so no help there. I would never stay at any of these hotels again, I would rather sleep in my rental car.

We strive to provide guests with all the comforts of home, so I am disappointed to hear that we did not meet your expectations. Like all Extended Stay Hotels, our hotel does have a large population of long term guests but disruptive behavior is never tolerated. Our front desk area does close at 10:30 pm daily but there is always someone on-site 24 hours a day to handle any situations that may arise. To prevent this from happening again, my team and I will make sure to communicate to all guests how to contact our on-site staff in case of any issues. We continually work to improve our hotel, so I really appreciate you providing us with your feedback. We would love to have another chance to provide you with a better experience the next time you're in town.

Pros: Location, clean and quite.
Cons: Ice machines on premises and basic amenities in the rooms.

No amenities in the room. Placard said that one had to request what was needed and room service (not available) would deliver it. Should have been advised of this at check-in. At night you have to get out of your car to see the room numbers. No ice machines.

Nice hotel that needs a few upgrades

The staff was helpful and nice. The room was bigger than I expected and had a good little kitchen. My only complaint is a few of the provided items need an upgrade. The towels felt like I was drying my self with sandpaper and the 1-ply toilet paper is never a pleasant experience. Overall it was nice and I would stay here again!

Great location. Right next to everything .

Pros: Location and it was quiet.
Location: Planet fitness, Walmart, restaurants.
Swam in the pool and relaxed in the room. i was also able to cook a good meal . Workers were very friendly. I was able to get towel for the pool at the front desk.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, breakfast-not so good

Pros: The location was good for us, easy access from I-10
Cons: The air conditioner was coming apart and the light/fan in the bathroom was hanging off. So, a bit of maintenance is needed.
The hotel staff was friendly and even though the computers were updating when we arrived, the clerk did his best to get us checked in as quickly as possible. The hotel is advertised as non-smoking, but our room was very smoky. We requested a new room and were given one immediately. The room was clean and there was a nice little stove, refrigerator (with ice maker) and microwave. They do not stock any dishes at all, but we could have requested some according to the signage. We were there two nights and were surprised that maids did not come into the room to change towels or anything during our stay. The breakfast (as other reviewers mentioned) was not good. Packaged muffins and granola bars, instant oatmeal and coffee. We opted to go to a restaurant to get some real food instead of the processed, not so healthy choices they offered. The coffee however, was good! :)

My stay was fabulous! Room was clean and staff friendly. However, it comes with a full kitchen which was great but didn't provide dishes or utinsals. The most important appliance to me was coffee pot and it didn't come with room! Would stay again but I will come prepared.

Room Service

Cons: Ice Machine and room service when needed.
After our first day staying there we found out that they only do room service once a week, so we had to go to the office each day to get new towels. The worst thing is we asked about some cleaning stuff to clean the floor and they said they did not have any. The other thing we were very surprised to find out is they did not have an ice machine.

Pros: The thing we liked about the hotel was location. It was convenient to several good places to eat.
Cons: The biggest thing to improve is the breakfast. It was VERY limited in selection.

It was OK. Somewhat noisy at night. The condition of the room could have been cleaner.

Nice Room- clean and good amenities/

Pros: Nice size room for a four day stay. Downstairs as requested and they put us in a downstairs room.. This was pretty important due to health issues.
Cons: The bed was a little hard.
Location: Good places to eat very near.
We came to Phoenix for a dr. visit. Had an issue with the ac. Staff was great about this. Manager on duty gave us a few options on what they could do to remedy the issue and followed through. The only compliant I had was the bed was pretty hard. But the property was nice and clean, and the staff did a good job.
