“It's okay”
The staff was great! They were very friendly and professional. We stayed on the 3rd floor and we had a non smoking room but the hallway smelt so bad like smoke. The room was ok not impressive, and if you wanted items like a blow dryer or shampoo you had to go back to the front desk to get it. Over all it is ok if you are just stopping for the night.

Fun but if you needed more towles you would have to go to the front desk to get them. Maid service only worked if you stayed there for more then 6 days.

A really comfortable, great location hotel. Best for my business trip to PHX. Just a few miles from airport and aorund Downtown.
“TRAS”
The hotel smelled. There was no linen service, desk unattended. The operator( desk worker) could not give me directions from airport. There were no work out facilities or swimming pool in ARIZONA. I was told I could visit the other down the street. The shower could be pulled from the wall. The toilet ran constantly and fabric softener was needed. A 19 inch television with limited stations. Bottom line the place was horrible. I had to burn candles guys, cmon. Not for vanity for ease of living.

“Good No Frills Motel”
Friendly staff, very basic services, if you are basing your stay on cost, just a clean comfortable place to stay, this is it. (No pool etc.)
“Functional as a place to sleep”
Low price led to the stay. The hotel is not viewable from the road and the entrance was easy to miss since the sign is rather small. Stayed 4 nights and no room service ever came by to tidy up like normal hotels - believe needed to stay 7 days for that. Will stay again if the need arises since the price was reasonable based on just needing a place to stay.
