Good basic room while going to Final 4. Breakfast was very basic, pre packaged oatmeal, muffins and fruit bars, coffee and hot chocolate packets, would have liked more options. The area goes dead after 9pm with late night food options not existant. Relied on Uber so would rent a car next time. Overall, clean room and solid stay, thanks!

The staff was very nice. what could have been better is the cleanliness of the carpet in the room. and it would have been nice that all the utensils were available in the room but i understand that people steal.

Room was dirty in a few areas, didn’t say anything because we only stayed one night. I or we will not stay there again. Looks like they painted but more updates are very needed, plus it had a weird smell in the hallway. Could be a really nice property some day, wishing them good luck.

I have stayed in various hotels throughout the country over my years and I had not seen what I had seen since I was in Chicago in 1987. I will say that cleanliness just was not there. Just made for an uncomfortable atmosphere during my stay. I will say that they tried to accommodate my concerns with what choices I had when checking in. My departure just assured what I experienced on my day of checking in.

ive been to 100's of properties and never left a review , but i feel i have to for this place , as u walk in u get the smell of death and old people immediately, if u have worked with senior citizens you know what smell im talking about , once in our room we immediately saw two cockroaches running around the floor , mind u we just drove up from san diego and its 11pm were to tired to complain and just want to sleep , hoping by the morning the little things are gone , I WALE UP AT 6am TO GO TO THE BATHROOM AND WHILE IM USING IT A FAT ASS COCKROACH RUNS THRU MY FEET !! i immediately freak out and killed it with my foot (keep in mind im going number 2 not much i can do here) god i wish i could get my money back or even better forget this ever happened, never staying here again and i recommend nobody else aswell unless u like little friends crawling with you

The host was polite and very helpful. The room was cleaned to the best condition possible. The facility is definitely old but safe and quite enough if your expectations aren’t too high. Breakfast is coffee, tea, oatmeal and prepackaged muffins.

So many animals the smell was really bad the carpet in the room was stained and torn, the bathroom fixtures have seen better days , when I went to take a shower there was a cockroach in the tub. Was not even a bed skirt to make the room cozy. The kitchen was empty so if I would have wanted to use it I would have to ask. I didn’t feel safe even walking down the hall lots of guests outside and in hall ways won’t be back.

Hotel staff are wonderful.The location is ideal-near Trader Joe's, Arrowhead Mall, Target, Nordstrom Rack, thrift stores, etc. The room was cozy & quiet. Even though it was the busy holday season I slept well. Kitchenette was great, and I was able to control the room temperature with the AC/heat unit. Nice hiking trail just to the south, the Skunk Creek trail.The only thing I would change was the hot water was not quite hot enough for me.

It was ok… nothing fancy. It was really old and the smells from everyone cooking reminded me of the projects. The worst part was the bed and pillows. None of us slept well - it was so uncomfortable. Other then that, it was clean.

Liked - Reasonable in price. Pleasant employees. Disliked - Had to go to front desk for coffee pot (which did not use because dirty), hair dryer, coffee cups and enough bathroom cups for people staying. Also, decided against showering due to time constraints, but had we, the complimentary shampoo left in the bathroom was a used one and had only one little drop in it! Also, for a pet friendly hotel, there were no pet pickup stations, thus piles of dog poop everywhere on your property. We bring our own and pick up our own.

Convenient to where i needed to be and was the lowest price. However, i was disappointed in the room. There was a lack of maintenance on it and this was as bare minimum as you get. I think they get stuff stolen all the time because there was NOTHING you found it a regular hotel/motel except towels and soap. I dont remember even seeing shampoo. No hair dryer, coffee maker, iron, etc. Lastly, bed was as hard as a rock.

We had to wait an hour to check in because they were doing some kind of audit we were told. It was 11pm and we just drive 6hours. Wanted ti get my son to bed for his early game the next morning but couldn’t. Also they advertise a breakfast is included and I wouldn’t consider a muffin and granola bar breakfast, and the coffee was bad. I booked for the breakfast so we did t have to leave elsewhere in the morning so that was very disappointing.

What customer service?!
My wife and I needed a place to stay after the concert. Location was close enough. When we arrived we were treated horribly by front desk staff. After I greeted her, she was very argumentative. She definitely made me like I was an inconvenience to her when checking in. Avoid this hotel, take the time to find ANYTHING ELSE
