Clean and comfortable, feels like home.

Posted Aug 9, 2014
Pros: Clean, comfortable and quite.
Location: Right off the highway, easy access to restaurants and store, but yet away from the traffic and city noise.
Great, my family loves it. The staff is very nice and service oriented, specially the young man at the night shift.

Very nice. My only suggestion is better lighting in the vanity area in the bathroom.

Fitted the bill

Posted Apr 13, 2014 on Hotels.com
We needed a place to stay for one night while traveling, the hotel staff was very polite, although the room was not as clean as it could have been and the chair was very uncomfortable, bed linens were very thin and flimsy. We would stay there in a pinch again. Breakfast was not worth eating, very watery eggs hard sausage, unappealing

Close to airport

Posted Mar 20, 2014
Pros: Comfortable, close to airport.
Cons: POOL!! It's in Phoenix, needs a better pool facility.
We needed a place to stay close to airport, and wanted a pool. If you need a close to airport place, this works. The stay was pleasant. The pool was a joke. It was so small I don't know if my family of four could swim comfortably at the same time.

Thank you for your response. We appreciate you taking time to review your recent stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Phoenix/Chandler. I'm glad you were happy with the location of the hotel. I understand you did not like the size of the hotel pool. Unfortunately at this time, there is not much I can do about that, but I will take your comments under advisement. Thank you again for your time.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, without any comments as to what made your stay unpleasant, I am unable to address them or attempt to correct the issues. We appreciate you staying, and hope that next time you are in Chandler you will give us another chance to exceed your expectations.

Is this really a Marriott

Posted Mar 2, 2014 on Hotels.com
This is by far the most ghetto Marriott hotel I have ever stayed in. It's more like a motel 6 with a marriott sign on it with marriott prices. I am surprised marriott allows hotels like this with their name on it.

Hello, I am very sorry you did not enjoy your experience here at the hotel. I wish you had been more specific so I could personally address the issues you had. Had you raised any concerns you had while still at the hotel, we could have addressed and corrected them at that time. Again, thank you for your feedback.

Place was alright, definitely not worth the money. Front desk staff was the best part. Breakfast was terrible. The room just didn't feel clean and was wishing I would've picked someplace else the whole time.

Awesome Hotel

Posted Feb 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
I stayed here last weekend, and I just want to say, the overall experience was a 100%. The gentleman at the front who checked me in and out (wish I could remember his name but his tag said he was from Las Vegas), was just super nice, and helpful. Very friendly as soon as I entered the hotel lobby. On Sunday (we stayed two days) the hotel cleaning lady knocked asking if we wanted housekeeping, and when I opened up the door to say no, she was sweet saying ok, sorry to have woken you and have a pleasant stay. To me it is little things like that which will make me return time and time again. Very super experience.
