“Would recommend”
Great staff, service, restaurants & location! Lovely time.
“Wow!”
Wish we were there longer
“Great stay”
The staff at the hotel from the valet parkers to the housedeepers couldn't have been nicer. Excellent restaurants and facilities.
“impressed but won't go back”
this complex hotel is little too big in my opinion, staff very friendly and very nice, in room service bad experiences, I order the soop and salad, the soop too salty, salad dressing tasted bad... besides it is a luxury hotel
“short stay in scottsdale”
Very nice property, our only issue was that our room faced out over the front courtyard which is where the bar area is. The music from the bar play loud and late one night which made sleeping a challenge. We notified customer service the next night and did not hear it again!
“Very impressive hotel. Will always stay there when I'm in Scottsdale”
Fabulous hotel. Beautiful grounds.
“Great location!”
Beautiful hotel. Great onsite restaurants. Excellent service.
“Going Back”
The hotel staff are great and cooperative. Tell them what you need and they will help you get it. Never had service so good.
“"YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED"”
This resort is beautiful in every way. The pool areas are well maintained and the water temperature is so comfortable for children. Our kids had so much fun fishing in the ponds, which is complementary. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. A real treat to stay at this resort. Thank you Expedia for a great rate, otherwise we would have never paid what the Resorts website was charging per room.
“Fairmont is great, but get ready to be nickel-and-dimed”
Loved the resort and room! Retaurants were fabulous, as were room service offerings. Beautiful pool and grounds! A few qualms - walls are thin, so stay away during family-centric holidays. I couldn't sleep for the first night because of screaming - yes, screaming - children next door. Also, most extra things like parking (even though resort is in the middle of nowhere) have a fee, so be warned. Some equipment in the fitness center is of cheaper quality than other resorts and needs to be updated. The lack of sidewalks leading to Scottsdale Dr (if you want to walk anywhere from the resort) is a concern.
