“Weekend Relaxation”

I have stayed at The Fairmont Princess many times and it is always good to go back. Beautiful location and the staff is wonderful. The restaurant, Bourbon Steak, has great food.

“Great service”

This was a leisure trip for me and my husband. I am so glad we upgraded to the gold level. This gave us access to the lounge and spa. A full breakfast with a different touch of local flavor were included along with beverages and snacks and desserts. Everyday we were surprized with a new quiche, sausage, potato dish and juice along with fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries and cereal. The cocierge staff was very attentive and helpful. The choice of pools and the spa access were another bonus. My absolute favorite was the warm waterfall. It was wide enough for several people and allowed for a choice of the pressure of the plunge. The rooftop pool was another favorite for its quiet retreat.

from the moment my fiance and I checked in, we were impressed with the fairmont. the service was exceptional, the restaurants at the resort were great, and the accomodations were immaculate. we were supposed to start our stay at the fairmont on 2/6, but we did not get there until 2/8 due to a huge snow storm in the Northeast. As a result, the hotel upgraded us to a casita to make up for the time we missed at the resort. very impressed with how attentive and friendly the staff are. we would go back in a second.

Very satisfied and enjoyed our dinner at the Bourbon Steak Restaurant on the premises. Would like to see the daily parking fee eliminated for guests.

Wonderful hotel. the pool area is big and quiet. Rooms are plush. Would recommend going anytime of the year.

“One of the best resorts we've stayed at”

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess was an absolutely beautiful resort that my girlfreind and I stayed at for 4 nights. We loved it. The pools were nice, spa was one of a kind, restaurants were superb, and the overall experience was a 5 out of 5. The steakhouse there was pretty expensive, but for special occasions it was worth it. I had the best Rib Eye I've ever had in my life. We can't wait to go back there next year!

“Outstanding Winter Escape”

We thoroughly enjoyed the Fairmount Scottsdale and would eagerly go back. It is a beautiful property, somewhat unique room layout, beautiful pool and outside areas, convenient to most things in Scottsdale. Outstanding!

We have been going tot the Scottsdale Princess for 7 years, the service is great. The restaurants are terrific. If I had any complaints outside of the blip at check-in. It would be the pool, it gets alot of traffic so it needs to vacuumed more, and the birds will take your stuff, so look out for them. Otherwise, it's an awesome hotel with a fantastic staff. Totally deserving of it star rating!

First class service all the way through. Very flexible with the bad weather that hit. They worked hard at providing great entertainment for the Independence Day long weekend.
