Overall a very nice stay for my family. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, felt upscale, and comfortable. Will stay here again if we return to Phoenix.

Close to airport

Pros: Nice staff, nice room.
Cons: Hotel restaurant was not open when I left for airport and there was no courtesy coffee in the lobby.

One night stay. Comfortable and clean. I lost my eyeglasses in the airport hotel shuttle, my fault. If found, please send them. Possibly in door pouch right front.

Great Place Great Value!!!!

Pros: The staff are super friendly.
Cons: nothing everything was great
Location: Located close to the major freeway and lots of resturantes and shopping near by.
I booked my reservation last minute because my AC went out at my house and couldn't have been happier with my choice. The hotel is brand new, bed was comfortable, room was clean and even smelled new! The staff really make this hotel and you feel like your at home. I had the salmon for dinner and it was amazing! Overall a great value. I would definitley recommend this to anyone and I will be back!

Worst nightmare

Booked flight online came home from a long flight falling asleep standing up in front of staff giving me hard time to book me in the room when they received online booking info and had to sleep a different hotel after I payed here I think they thought I was a broke hoodlum from around there which I wasn't.
