Nice stay here- only reason for 4 stars is a trash can in the courtyard that was knocked over and contents all over grass for a couple hours but sure it happened after hrs and before morning shift got over that way. No biggie, wouldn’t keep me from totally recommending staying here. I will stay here any time I’m in Scottsdale.

The nightclub across the street plays music till 2am which can be heard in a few wings of the property. Shower doors didn't slide and no hand towels (just wash cloths and shower towels). Breakfast was good.

The staff were good. Pool was very dirty and looked like black mold growing in it! The pool water was cloudy and not cleaned out. There were not enough deck chairs around the pool! The complex is very large with only 13 lounge chairs and around 10 regular chairs. The room was nice but carpet dirty and cabinetry broken. Barely enough kitchen utensils to do any amount of cooking not even a pizza pan or a pan to put in the oven. They needed much more silverware and utensils and bowls in the kitchen for cooking.

Our room was very run down and needed a good cleaning which we requested and didn’t get. We did not have a phone in the room when we tried to call for towels. Water was leaking through the ceiling from the sprinkler and the told us to call if it happened again. There were stain on the couch…don’t want to know what from. There were only 5 lounge chairs at the pool and two broke the first day we were there…people had to lay on the cement. I have stayed here in the past and it was nice, but has severely gone down hill. I also voiced my concerns and was not offered any discount.

So convenient to all things in Old Town. It was the perfect place for us and the staff was exceptional. We especially loved our bartender Nancy ❤️ would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, clean, quiet place to stay!

Positive: great location for walking to old town and driving all over the valley. Bedroom in suite was a plus and free breakfast was nice and not too boring. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and our issues were addressed and fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Negatives: paper thin walls so we could hear our neighbors entire nightly conversations, many minor issues in the room including the shower head breaking off during a shower, toilet banging with each flush, most the blinds would only partially open, people drove like speed racers through the parking lot which had some blind corners, pool was heated only for one day while we were there and then it was freezing and never had pool towels, and the hide a bed couch was horribly uncomfortable.

Our room wasn’t clean when we checked in and even had panty hose in the pullout bed, but the staff and management made it right. Other than that it was a great place Very convenient to old town Scottsdale and a short walk to good restaurants and shopping

Like the 2-bed/2-bath suite option and the complimentary breakfast. The pool and patio area are nice for relaxing outside. The living space/kitchen in the rooms is pretty basic, the bathrooms are updated and function well. One issue is that the room air conditioner fan ran continuously even when not cooling.

Safe area, 5-10 minute walk to little souvenir shops and restaurants. Walking distance to river and shopping mall. Pool area good, hot tub hot, breakfast great, hot and cold options and fresh fruit. Only criticism would be a little noise from traffic if someone sleeping in living room, though not a busy street the door is still open to the outside. Living room, kitchen and bedroom very nice, carpet a little dated( some stains present) and bathroom was tiny, the toilet and shower were behind a sliding door and the sink area was off the main bedroom. Did have a massive walk in closet and bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again for sure, we had a great time.

Dated in Scottsdale
Hotel rooms are very dated. No internet TV, internet didn't work well, couch is uncomfortable. Dishwasher was broken but repaired upon request etc. Overall, below the standards I have come to enjoy with the Hyatt brand was disappointed.
