They have bed bugs and was rude about it tried to blame me , I was only in that room for about 20 min , Expedia agent hung up and I was unable to get any help as to where to stay , I slept in my suv. I feel like Expedia dropped the ball !!! There was a hotel next door for their cheapest room was 70$ more and I was told that in four days Expedia would be done with their investigation , I feel like as a customer of Expedia they didn’t care , I’m handicap , sick and at 54, I feel like nobody really cared , the hotel said they would clean my suv but have not heard from anyone ! I am calling the health dept and the media they should know about how I was treated and the bed bugs -so nasty and I would have been happy to move to another hotel next door for the cheapest room was 70 $ room -but in the end Expedia and Hampton in didn’t care about me !! 😳
