Nice place, will stay here again
We started here for 2 nights. The first morning walking up, unfortunately wasn't good. Our room was above the maintenance room, and kept hearing doors closing, A LOT, as we were trying to sleep in. But we told the front desk, they apologized, and moved us to another room, with a bit of an up grade. It was very much appreciated, and the next morning, we slept in nice and sound 🙂

The Hampton Inn in Surprise, AZ is clean and safe. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast good. The AC/heaters are noisy, the water pressure weak, and the fitness center was poorly equipped- a few cardio machines and med balls. No free weights. No water in the fitness center cooler either.

Personnel at front desk we're very pleasant. The room needs to be updated and the mattress was uncomfortable and very noisy. The a/c in room was also very loud when running.

Nice Respite
This hotel is in a nice area. The front staff was friendly. The room was clean. I like the new type of roller blinds they have—eliminates light coming in the cracks. There was also a nice breakfast buffet.
