Pros: Easy way to get to.
Cons: Up grade kitchen
The stay was ok. Breakfast was good, pool good, sone of the kitchen cabinets need repairing.

When you look at the pictures online the place looks inviting ! We checked in and proceeded to our building. As soon as I opened the hallway door I we were thrown back by the smell of the carpet! It smells very old and full of stains! I highly recommend Sandles or bringing your slippers!

Hotel with kitchenette and full size refrigerator.

Pros: Clean, rooms were spacious.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: Close to Chandler mall and close to many stores.
Room was clean and spacious. Loved the kitchenette. Beds were very comfortable. My spouse and I talked about the best sleep we had in a long time. Hot breakfast was available.

Nice room

Pros: Very clean, good area, nice hotel.
Cons: Need new pillows, and more of them.
Location: Not sure of things to do, but shopping was around the area.
The room was very nice. It had accessibility for handicapped. Only problem were the pillows. Lumpy and flat. I finally called to get another pillow and was told I had to walk up to the office to get it. Which I did. The room was clean and very nice. The guy in the office sort of indifferent, like he really didn't want to be there.

One guy at the front desk was very rude and needs to learn to not double book rooms and have another customer walking into our room while sleeping. Luckily we had the door stop on.

Room was not clean, couches had a bad Oder. Housekeeping did not clean the room, had to call the office three times and they still did not show up. Never again

Pros: We liked the layout of our double bedroom and the hot breakfast.
The furniture was very uncomfortable and old. It needs to be updated.

Our experience was good.The room was comfortable, clean.] We enjoyed the breakfast, perhaps the hour could be extended.. More fresh fruits would be good..

Location: If your shopping, every store you can think is with 2 blocks, mall is down the street and cinemas.
Quiet atmosphere, very comfortable beds, enjoyed my stay.

Pros: Location was Great, loved the Fact it had two private Bedrooms. Furniture neds to be updated though
Cons: Be more caring for the Customers needs and really could anyone there smile and say Hi??
When we got there to check in the Front desk person was not very friendly and was not helpful. We did get to the Hotel early and understand Room not being ready but he was like come back at 3 when check in starts. I had to ask if we could leave out bags there and go to get something to eat to waste sometime. He just went unlocked some door never helped never spoke again I asked is this where we can put them he was so Rude!! Room was not clean and walls are so thin you could here the guy snoring from the room next door, all kinds over noise in room above Motercycles all around make so much noise.So 3 nights and only got to sleep one. Left voice mail for Manager to call and she never did. Knowing you have someone unhappy you would think that she would call to find out what was all going on, but no no one at that Hotel cared about the Customer. Maids had carts in hallway all day long, never cleaned room had to ask for fresh towels. It was so sad too the location was Great and loved the two private Bedrooms but no customer service at all very dis appointed very.
