AdequatePosted Mar 6, 2014
Pros: Pleasant staff.
Cons: Ban smoking on the entire property.
Location: Unknown, it was just an overnight stop.
Met our needs, and the staff was pleasant. The room was nothing special but fairly well equipped. Decent breakfast. Overall the motel offers Nothing special, but it was adequate for our late arrival in Phoenix with the need to drive to Tucson the next day. Probably would not stay there again as there are other choices that I think would have been a bit better. Complaint - smokers assembling just outside under the Porte cochere with consequent odor and noise even though the motel itself is nonsmoking.

Great placePosted Mar 1, 2014
Our family of four enjoyed the hearty, hot breakfast each morning. It made a difference to our bottom line! We would stay there again in a heart-beat!

Pros: Most everything
Cons: Air conditiong at night can be noisy.
Freeway accessible, 5 minutes from anything you might need, clean, quiet, free breakfast, great staff, clean rooms, great showers, great room size , stove top, fridge, microwave, coffee, dishwasher, wireless...I could go on. Just stay here, you'll thank me.

Excellent hotel!Posted Feb 7, 2014
Pros: Quiet room and hallway, very comfortable bed.
Cons: More hot water for your shower.
Location: I wasn't happy with the location at all. There wasn't much nearby and it was near a depressed area, but a great hotel!
I am a person who finds every little thing wrong, but I couldn't find anything negative to report on this hotel. Okay, maybe a few minor things... They wouldn't let me bring my breakfast out of the dining area to my room. The hotel is not in the best area and the pool area was too open. But that's it! Everything else was beyond perfect, the room was clean and big and decorated nice, the bed was so comfortable, it was super quiet in the hallway, everything worked (except you had to wait for hot water in the shower and then it didn't get that hot). Oh, and the vanity light was flickering and when I reported it, they came within the hour to fix it. I really enjoyed my stay there and the very private and comfortable room. There were even complimentary fresh chocolate chip cookies offered every afternoon. I highly recommend this hotel!

customer servicePosted Dec 30, 2013
unfortunately my stay at this hotel was a big disappointment.the room that I stayed in was not as clean as I anticipated the bathroom tub was stained with some type of black film the carpet was dirty and the air conditioning did not cool whole room only where the bed was located. your personnel was constantly outside by the front door smoking, for being a non-smoking hotel it constantly smell like cigarettes from all the people out front smoking.I would not recommend this hotel to a friend and I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Weekend visitPosted Dec 10, 2013
Pros: it was in the area we needed to be, in the warmer weather the pool and hot tub would have been nice to use.
Cons: The tub was old, but clean.
Location: It was close to our daughters home, and on this trip that was all that was important to us. We didn't do any sightseeing this time at all.
We were visiting our daughter in Phoenix and needed a place to put our heads at night. We found this hotel to be clean, with a large room and in the area we needed to be. We didn't take advantage of the kitchen suite but it would be very helpful if you were staying with children, or if you didn't have a daughter's kitchen to use!

Holiday Party overnightPosted Dec 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
Once arriving My wife and I had to wait about 10mins for someone to realize that we were there to check in. After going through the slow process of check in we got our room. The rooms are nice and big, the beds are soft, bathrooms are small, but over all it's a nice stay for the money. I ended up leaving a dress shirt in the closet in the room on accedent and when I called to retrieve it they said it wasn't there. I am not happy about this, I know I forgot it but they told me they didn't have it.

Do not stay in that hotel. They are dishonestPosted Dec 10, 2013
Cons: Smell at the entrance Honesty
I booked a suite for 2 nights with my wife and 5 year old son. When I checked in, I confirmed with the front desk staff that it is for a suite and he reconfirmed. I was given a regular room; I was told that they consider it as a suite because it has a refrigerator and a microwave, I thought they were joking. They refused to reimburse the difference in price because I booked thru Expedia and that was Expedia's problem!!

This place is just OK.Posted Dec 2, 2013
This place is OK, nothing fancy, but its not the worst place I've ever stayed. PROS: The room was cheap. The gym equipment worked (although the gym room was like 80 degrees). The in-room heat/AC did the job. The coffee in the morning was OK. The walls seem thick since I never heard any noise at night. Plenty of parking. Close to freeways & food. There was free breakfast in the morning, which we did not really try, but it smelled ok. The other guests seemed to enjoy their breakfast in the morning. CONS: We were under the impression that our room would have 2-TV's, a love seat, as well as a burner in our kitchen. Each of those items were key in helping me select the hotel, so it was disappointing when we got there and those items were not included. Our sheets had something red like lipstick on them. Also on the last night, we got back to our room and the decorative pillows/throws for our beds were thrown in the corner on the ground instead of on our beds. The hotel was OK but not special.
