A great stay after a late arrival at the airport. The staff was friendly, and our room was comfortable. The shuttle driver was especially courteous!

All OK but failed to deliver a crib.

Pros: Nice views from the 10th floor. Good meals.
Asked for a crib while making reservation and then at the front desk and never got it. Had to improvise solution. Would have been nice to have manager help keep baby on the bed all night.

My flight was cancelled so I stayed at this hotel overnight. With a restaurant and exercise equipment being located on sight I had everything I needed without having to tour the city.

Cleanliness

Pros: The price as good.
Cons: New carpet
Location: Had a nice restaurant nearby
Overall it was comortable; however, the carpet was outdated, dirty and needs to be replaced....had stains on it....on second night....I didn't have towels and had to call front desk for a new set. I would stay again...probably would request for a room with cleaner carpet.

Most Comfortable Beds in the World

Location: Lock your doors. Twice.
We were returning late at night from the Grand Canyon, and were exhausted from our trip. The hotel was clean, check-iin was simple and the rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I could have happily slept for a week in the comfy beds. The location is in a rather seedy area, but I consider most of the area around the Phoenix airport to be questionable. Once at the hotel, however, we had no security concerns.
