We've stayed here before and the staff is professional, accommodating, and friendly. The Cabana bldg is in need of refurbishment but I believe major renovations are in the works. The elevator to the third floor has no fan and is very hot and the hallways quite warm. But the rooms cool off very well and the beds are quite comfortable. We would stay here again.

Central Phoenix GetawayPosted Jul 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
I have stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed the stay. This time, by booking through Hotels.com, the experience was even better. The room was very roomy and convenient. The hotel staff was great, friendly and made us feel very welcomed. The location is centrally located, within 3 miles of either I10 or I17.

Fit the pricePosted Jul 25, 2013
Pros: The location and large pool/spa.
Cons: The hotel is currently under construction.
Location: many eating resturants, stores and public transportation directly outside the hotel
The hotel was in a great location. The hotel is currently under construction and the room was an optional smoking or non-smoking room. i would have preferred a non-smoking room. The MAPS happened to be in town which made it a bit loud during late hours. Overall, staff was friendly, we did have a false fire drill at 3am in which the building had to be evacuated but other than that it was an ok stay.

Better Than ExpectedPosted Jul 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
This was the first time we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn. It was much nicer than we expected for the price. It was close to the event we were attending. The only thing that this hotel needs are luggage porters, since there is no valet parking & the parking lot is not a part of the hotel. For us Seniors or those with walking problems, it's a long walk with bags. Also, it would be nice to have restaurant open all the time. But overall, we would definitely stay here again. Staff was great!

Too hotPosted Jul 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
The only thing I didn't like was we had to park across the street and walk a bit of they way to the hotel, then we had to walk through the hotel, walk outside again by the pool, then walk inside the west wing to the elevator to get to the 6th floor. Was kind of a pain in the rear considering it was 123 degrees there in Phoenix!
