“Nice hotel, nice location”

Very clean hotel. Pool was good for the kids. Local construction on Central Ave is a minor inconvenience, but overall the location is centralized and makes getting anywhere you need to go in the valley very easy.

“Excellent Choice”

The hotel is only 10 minutes from the Phoenix Airport. The new beds/pillows are so comfortable.

“Perfect for our needs”

Lovely hotel with a large indoor but completely open center surrounded by 8-10 stories of rooms around it.. The room was perfect for us with two doors to the bathroom, one from the living area and one from the bedroom. Also the bedroom had a door that could be closed. Since we had adult children with us, this was a perfect arrangement for us.

“Very Nice Hotel”

In the heart of downtown Phoenix, the Hilton Suites Phoenix was the perfect home away from home. Just minutes away from all of the action, clubs, shopping and restaurants in Scottsdale...I loved it! I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only problem...no outdoor pool!

“nice anniversary getaway”

We have stayed at this hotel several times and have always been happy with our visit. It is convienient to the light rail station which allows you to get downtown to the ball park in just a few minutes. They charge for parking, but it is free on the weekends. We went this time for our anniversary. The hotel surprised us with a fruit and cheese tray which was so thoughtful. The gift shop is not open on weekends which can be a problem because there is no where close nearby to walk and get last minute items. The restaurant in the hotel is small but very good, we ate there 4 times and everything was delicious. The entire hotel staff is friendly and helpful and made for a relaxing stay. The suites are large and comfortable.

“Better than expected!”

What a beautiful hotel in downtown Phoenix! My wife and I stayed for four nights. She was attending a conference at the Phoenix Convention Center (about 2 miles away). Hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the convention center and any other place we'd like to visit in the Phoenix area including museums, restaurants, theaters, etc. Just have to ask at the front desk. Arizona Center has nice mix of restaurants and movie theaters. Positives: Hotel was great! Staff was very friendly. Lobby was beautiful, which opens up into the dining area and bar. Koi pond gave a tropical, relaxing feel. Rooms are true suites, with a separate bedroom. Linens and pillows were top rate. Tub was a little too small for soaking, but other than that, the bathroom was extra large and well appointed. Rooms open out to the interior Atrium. Thought it might get a little noisy, but wasn't. Light rail system only 1/2 block from hotel. The rates were below other hotels in the area, and we had a suite! We felt like we really lucked out on this one. Negatives: Parking at the hotel is extra, (but I had a package deal that included parking and breakfast for each morning). Downtown Phoenix seems a bit like a ghost town at night. A lot of transients walking around, but I didn't feel unsafe coming and going to the hotel - just wouldn't walk alone after dark. Restaurants are scattered across the valley. Having a car is almost a necessity for exploring. Local museum prices are too high for quality of displays.

“Perfect location right on light rail”

Great hotel. Comfy beds, great location, and right on the light rail which takes you anywhere you want to go.
