pool and gym lacked enough towels often. only complaint. very nice stay.

“clean comfortable Scottsdale hotel”

We enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale. The Holiday Inn Express was a great base that provided the essentials: clean, comfortable room, decent (not great) continental breakfast, even laundry. The selection of the breakfast was wide enough to keep it a little different everyday, but the quality of the sausage and eggs left a little to be desired. The staff was always very friendly and positive.

Convenient...clean...helpful staff. Corridor to rooms was fragrant...not bad...just strong for those who might be sensitive to strong scents. Hotel is also pet friendly, which is not always easy to find.
