Great Breakfast

The best part about this hotel is the breakfast! The cinnamon rolls were delicious. The pancakes were yummy and the bacon was crispy! Did I mention breakfast is free!

Nice hotel, especially on a budget

Posted Apr 15, 2014
Pros: Hotel was clean and comfortable.
Cons: Hotel needs a larger breakfast dining area.
Location: Arrowhead Mall is very near. Jobing arena is not too far via Loop 101.
We arrived before check-in time, and rooms were still being cleaned. However, we had our room prior to 4:00 because the lady at the desk (I don't remember her name) wanted us to be comfortable

well located to many points of interest

Posted Apr 3, 2014
Pros: no surprises everything was as we hoped
Cons: cannot think of anything - for this level of hotel everything was great
Location: close enough to westgate center and the transportation the hotel helped us arrange was super
very helpful staff. They helped with transportation and keeping some items refrigerated for us during our stay.

not much

Posted Mar 26, 2014
let's see -- towels were terrible . . . 4 little pillows for a king size bed and no extras available -- so I had to go to the store and buy them myself . . . food had been left for god knows how long in the microwave . . . my IHG membership and prepaid bill got me a room next to the elevator . . . not a very nice stay

Great spot to stay for Spring Training

Posted Mar 18, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: A small refrigerator in the room would have been nice
Location: Peoria Sports Complex within walking distance, close to plenty of shopping and restaurants.
Close to Peoria Sports Complex, walking distance of 1/2 mile. Hotel was OK, not the newest but in decent shape. The best aspect of the hotel was location. Hotel staff was great.

Will definitely stay again

Location: Traveled with a small dog, and they recommended a great Dog Daycare nearby, Camp BowWow
This hotel was wonderful. Room was very clean, updated, and comfortable. Nice breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff. They upgraded me to a suite when I checked in, which was a great surprise for a late checkin. Definitely staying there again.

Nice clean hotel, terrible staff at front desk

Posted Mar 17, 2014
Pros: Breakfast was good. Room were clean
Cons: Staff attitude and their working relationship with Expedia
Location: Peoria Arizona
We set up our reservation via Expedia four months prior to our vacation. Our family flew to Phoenix for spring training baseball. We had 8 of us, needing 4 rooms. We had two of our family members are well over 6' tall and so we set up 4 rooms, non-smoking-KING SIZE beds. When we arrived at the hotel at 8:00 the night of our reservation, they checked up all in. We went to our rooms and NONE of our rooms were KING-SIZED beds, in fact two double beds. We went back to the front desk and told them of the mix up and they quickly informed us that they do not have to honor the Expedia reservations. "Check the fine print." So, we figured that we would just change rooms the next day and asked the desk person to please call us if a KING ROOM opened up. We checked every day and even though we saw people checking out every day, they somehow all checked out of double bed rooms (RIGHT). We feel there was no effort to work with us. Both of our 6 footers had to sleep with feet hanging off the edge. The final blow was when the staff told us that because we paid Expedia's cost for the room, they would not help us. "We never would have let you have the rooms at that price!" Kinda ruined the whole vacation
