“VERY COMFORTABLE!”

WE WENT TO THE CHASE FIELD AND THIS HOTEL IS A GREAT CHOICE TO STAY. VERY CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, FRIENDLY STAFF, IT HAS PARKING. I RECOMMEND IT!

“Very Nice Place to Stay”

Arrived late at night and was welcomed nicely. Room very clean. Complimentary breakfast was amazing. Very good food with lots of choices. Would definitely stay there again. And thanks, Expedia, for the great price!

“Wish we had more time”

We had one night in Phoenix after driving down from the Grand Canyon on the way back through to LA. I wish we had had another night at this hotel though. We were a little early but this was no problem and we had our rooms immediately after a little banter about Aussies vs Kiwis. Room was spacious, very clean and had a flat screen TV and fridge. Wifi worked well throughout the stay. We made use of the on site laundry facility also - was great to catch up on some washing. The reception team directed us to the Arizona centre for lunch which was a 10 min walk away where we had several choices for where to dine. We went back later after a swim for tea/dinner to a greek resturant there and had the best time. We had heard that downtown wasn't the safest place to be but we never felt threatened. Breakfast the next morning was awesome with pancakes available and eggs and bacon in addition to the usual cereals and pastries and there was plenty of dining room. I just wish we had more time to explore Phoenix a bit more and make more use of the lovely pool and other facilities at this hotel.

“If your headed downtown Phoenix.....This is a great deal, great location!”

Near the art museum, ASU Central, historical Phoenix, great skylines....Perfect! My daughter had never seen down town before and we had a great time looking around before going to a wonderful wedding at the Phoenix Art Museum. We will return for a longer stay soon.

“Nice and close to downtown”

It was where I wanted to be. Close to the ball parks and downtown. The only complaint I have is that my units AC was a little loud... Not the nicest but not the worst. good for the price.

The staff is friendly. The continental breakfast was delicious. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. I felt like there was constant care being taken to make the guest feel welcomed.

“Good Hotel”

Great hotel and very near the freeway. The staff was extremely friendly. Only downfall is that there's not many choices to eat that near the hotel. You do have to get in your car and drive a few miles.

“Great Hotel for families...Highly Recommended”

Honestly I was a little scared to book a Holiday Inn Express because I was not really sure what 'express' implied. I had never visited Phoenix and needed easy access to downtown, specifically the ballpark (Chase field). I called before booking and the very helpful person that answered helped to calm my fears. I can't say enough about them all. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, even for my 15 month old and six year old. Eggs, bagels, oatmeal, fruit, milk, and the coolest pancake machine we have ever seen. Great experience and within walking distance of a lot of down town attractions like the ballpark, the science museum, etc.

“More than expected”

Very nice and clean hotel. Breakfast is delicious and price for room affortable. More than we expected, would definitely stay again.

great first impression; great hospitality; extremely clean; great selection of tv channels; wonderful breakfast! nice gift gesture already waiting for us in the room from front office clerk :) we felt very welcomed only negative: refrigerator did not work :(
