Will be back!

Posted Apr 3, 2015
Excellent hotel with a nice continental breakfast- wide variety of food options for entire family. Rooms are spacious with a sitting area. Happy hour was a great way to cool off after being in the heat. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. We will be back for 2016 spring training. Go Giants!

Texas Traveler

Pros: Location
Cons: Noise from surrounding rooms due to poor / aged construction.
Very noisy room. Flooring in above room had become unfirmly secured and every step of occupants radiated into our room, very annoying.

Teeny tiny suites

Posted Mar 28, 2015
Although it claims to sleep 5-6 in their 2 queen suite, the two rooms are so small and the sofa bed not even full sized, that there is barely room to move around. The doors that separate the bedroom from the sitting area are glass so if the kids go to bed earlier, you can't have lights on or it keeps them up. The rooms weren't soundproof and we could hear people walking above us throughout the night. The bathroom was dirty, hair in the shower. The only redeeming fact was their breakfast buffet was good and the outdoor pool area nice.

No service

Pros: Location
Cons: Maid service
Understaffed. Maid service was not good. Had to call the front desk every day for towels and they did not replace the toiletries.

Great place to stay near our event.

Posted Mar 2, 2015
Family was in town for a couple of days for a wedding. We were just looking for a nice place nearby and we were not disappointed. Room was great. Staff were friendly and accommadating, and even had a nice breakfast in the morning and cookies in the evening. To top it off, the Giants were having spring training within walking distance.

Fantastic Place!

Posted Feb 25, 2015
Pros: everything
Cons: nothing
Location: walking distance to the art district, shopping, restaurants, and the mall.
This hotel was wonderful. It was within walking distance to everything Scottsdale had to offer. Our room was very clean and spacious. We had free breakfast everyday with options like pancakes, fresh fruit, eggs, etc. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They went above and beyond that's for sure. We will DEFINITELY be staying there again. Way to go Holiday Inn Express!!

Nice hotel in a great location!

Posted Feb 22, 2015
Pros: Spacious accommodations, friendly and helpful staff, clean and great location.
Cons: Add more king size bedrooms
Location: Shopping, restaurants, etc. all very close.
Hotel was in an excellent location about a mile from Old Town Scottsdale. There were many shopping locations and restaurants nearby. We will definitely consider staying in this hotel again when we return to Scottsdale!
