One of the staff were really rude and didn’t even want to answer any of our questions. Additionally we booked for 6 whole nights but only got house keeping service and cleaning 1 day which doesn’t make sense We are a family of five and did not get enough towels. Even though this was available for us and already booked we went to a different hotel. 1 of the Lady’s were super nice usually during the evenings but again some staff were pretty rude.

I was disappointed with my stay here. There was a delay in my 3rd party reservation being populated in the IHG system. Normally that wouldn’t bother me, but I was made to feel inferior by the front desk employee.
This hotel is dirty and over priced. The front desk was not very friendly. The Funiture is old the bed and pillows wore out. Room smelled mildewy. This hotels needs a update. The entrance door was gross.
This place needs updates! Sofa springs shot, desk chair mechanism broken, refrigerator appears to be missing one foot, so leans visibly to one side, rooms are dark. Overpriced for what you get. Paid for balcony which was smallest one on property with huge pillar blocking light and view of pool. Overall, poor value.
It ain’t the Ritz but it’s great for spring training close to the stadium offers breakfast and has a nice pool and hot tub. However, they are soon going to be remodeling it and turning it into a Hilton so there goes one of the few affordable options for spring training, they say it will be open during the remodeling but I’m sure it will be noisy as heck so don’t plan on returning .

Most of the staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful.
However we were disappointed that during our 4 nights stay we had no House keeping.
We were provided with 3 coffee pods and the inside water container was filthy.
Due to early arrival, I called first thing in the morning and asked for an early check-in. I spoke with a gentleman named Joe, who confirmed that I would be able to check in as of noon. When I arrived at noon, the lady working the reception desk seemed uninterested in helping me and told me to come back at 3 PM. She was not customer service focused.
Really liked the location. - close to Old Town but cheaper than other hotels in the area. Breakfast was great. Rooms are large with separate sitting area from bedroom. The noise barrier however is poor - could hear the people walking every step above us - very squeaky floors.
Disappointed that the pool was out for service for the duration of our stay (4 days).
Overall an enjoyable stay.
The facility was even more than we expected, and the location was great. Free breakfast was an added plus. We would not hesitate to stay there again, or to recommend it to friends.

Easy access and location. Eat Old Town Scottsdale. It served as a great home base for our stay over Thanksgiving.
Room 145 is in a very noisy location. Maids room next door and this morning can hear all kinds of noise outside like rolling carts. Room very nice, but too noisy
