Disappointing

Posted Jun 12, 2015
This hotel is a bit shabby and the deal breaker for me was the pool was closed for renovations, I wish I knew that before checking in.

I’m deeply sorry that we disappointed you with the closing of our pool for improvements. I can understand your frustration. This maintenance is necessary to maintain the quality of our hotel and amenities. We did our best to communicate this during the on-line and telephone reservation process as well as posting it on our web-site. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to host you again. Best, Trisha Ryno General Manager

It was just right for what I was in Scottsdale for. only thing was the pool was closed for repairs and one of the treadmills wasn't working in the gym. Breakfast , happy hour and evening cookies a nice surprise.

Mostly okay

Did not like breakfast buffet. Towels not changed one day. Staff were great. Need two benches outside for smoking. Loved cookies and coffee available. The room was very nice and comfortable

location

We thought it would be closer to Old Town Scottsdale. It wasn't - we had to drice. It was also had to find as it is near the entrance of an expressway. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Cleaning staff didn't even replace towels.

Will be back!

Excellent hotel with a nice continental breakfast- wide variety of food options for entire family. Rooms are spacious with a sitting area. Happy hour was a great way to cool off after being in the heat. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. We will be back for 2016 spring training. Go Giants!

Pros: Location
Cons: Noise from surrounding rooms due to poor / aged construction.
Very noisy room. Flooring in above room had become unfirmly secured and every step of occupants radiated into our room, very annoying.
