“Excellent staff and service”

Forgot my iPad at the coffee station, went back 5 hours later and front desk had it, very honest, helpful and friendly staff.

“Got the job done.”

The hotel got the job done. There were some minor issues: The wireless internet was slow. The door card stopped working 24 hours after check in. The toilet rocked.

“TOO HOT TO SLEEP”

ALL WAS GOOD EXCEPT FOR THE AIR CONDITIONER!!! IT DIDN'T WORK VERY WELL.... THE TEMP OUTSIDE WAS OVER 100 AND THE ROOM FELT COOL WHEN YOU CAME IN, BUT BY EVENING IT WAS 80+ IN THE ROOM AND EXTREMELY DIFICULT TO SLEEP. I TOLD THE STAFF BUT THE REGULAR MAINTENACE MAN WAS OFF ON THE WEEK END, SO IT WASN'T UNTIL MONDAY (OUR FOUTH DAY THERE) THAT THE UNIT WAS CHANGED OUT AND WE HAD A PLEASENT SLEEP OUR LAST NIGHT... OTHER THAN NOT CLEANING THE ROOM DAILY (THEY MISSED 1 DAY) AND THE AC UNIT NOT WORKING WELL, IT WAS OK!
