Possibly the quietest hotel we have ever stayed at internally. The traffic noise was very noticable at times. The property was a little beat up... missing paint, replaced trim that didn't quite fit and a loose shower curtain rod however it was exceptionally clean everywhere. Breakfast was a 6/10 no great stuff but fresh, plentiful and warm. Staff exceedingly polite. Pool and spa were clean but didn't get any late afternoon sun. Property nicely landscaped. The best feature for us was definitely location. Great food everywhere and a lot of it walkable. Seemed that everything we wanted to do was less than 45 minutes away. At the price point I consider it an outstanding value if you don't want to spend the spa/resort prices.

I would stay here again when visiting family in Goodyear, AZ. The breakfast offered was surprisingly good. The gym fits about three people comfortably. Unfortunately, my family and I didn't get to enjoy the pool because of the weather. Also, there is shopping and dining within a short walking distance.

Only negative was jacked-up price for baseball spring training…..like all other hotels in the area.

It was a decent stay. Average. Wouldn’t stay again. The carpets in the room and throughout the hotel looked dirty. The room felt dank. Definitely not worth the price/night.
On the plus side, no evidence of bed bugs. Something I’m always concerned about when staying in a hotel.

I stay in Goodyear 2 times a month..This is the BEST place in town..The place is always spotless and has an excellent staff. PLUS its in a perfect location for shopping and dining..!.

The staff was very accommodating during our stay. We needed to meet with relatives to discuss funeral plans and they gave us a private room to meet. We also were late checking out and they were very nice about that as well.

efficient and professional check in and checkout. good variety of breakfast items. clean bathroom.
only criticism would be to move the in-room coffee maker from on top of microwave cabinet to either the dresser top or desk top or even on bathroom counter.
you had to be at least 6' 2" to operate the Keurig coffee maker and moving it lower means you can't open the microwave door and to move the Keurig to another area is a hassle as the machine is plugged in to wall behind microwave cabinet and not easy to access!
