“Courteous Staff - Smelly Room”

The service was great. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was not so great. The bed was uncomfortable, the shower, though working, was in disrepair, and the room had a very unpleasant odor.

“Would definitely stay again.”

We arrived in Phoenix 30 minutes before the historic July 5th dust storm. When we arrived at the hotel, the power had recently been knocked out. The staff was very professional. They had already checked the air in many of the rooms and had the elevator working. The room was very clean. The hotel was very quiet. The complimentary breakfast was what we expected but it ends at 9:30 which was little early for us weary travelers. We didn't use the pool because it was full of dirt from the dust storm but they had someone cleaning it first thing that morning. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

“I can't believe that everything worked!”

Well, this is the first place I have stayed in a long time where everything worked!! The sink didn't drip, it was clean and the staff were every helpful. We even go to check in early ( very helpful if you have been up since 3 am!) and they were able to accommodate us. It was very convenient to our conference and we would recommend it. Good price, too!
