Good clean hotel.

Pros: Nice pool
Cons: Make the rules regarding breakfast vouchers know in advance.
Location: 1 hour away from Peroria and Mariners Spring training. Lots of good restaurants around the Mesa area.
We were a bit disappointed with the free breakfast. There were three adults (my husband, myself and our 18 year old daughter) traveling for Spring Training. We booked the room with Expedia. No where on anything did it say that the free breakfast was for only for two. When we went to use the coupon we were told you only get two free breakfasts per room. That is fine, but it should have been noted somewhere in the fine print at expedia or the hotel BEFORE we ate breakfast. I looked at everything we booked and all the paperwork and I could find nothing that says breakfast for two only.

Pros: Location
Cons: Although the room cleanliness was acceptable the walk ways and elevator were not.
Even with a hotel full of young ball players and the families, everything remained under control including noise and cleanliness. Some pool noise at night but not a problem and never late into the night.

Pros: Coffee in the room.
Cons: TV, internet, improve cleaning.
Location: OK
The staff was helpful. The room was average. Internet service poor, weak signal and drops out. TV very bad ... a digital signal converted to analog, aspect ratio 4X3 stretched to16X9. Really bad in this day of HD pictures. Could not get priority points because it was booked through Expedia.

Location: Central location but nothing close.
The hotel staff were no friendly at all. They require customer service training including the manager. I reported the ice machine on the 2nd floor inoperable the first day. When we checked out 5 days later it was still not working.

This hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The pullout bed was broken, the room felt very unsanitary, the bathroom needs new tile and ceiling, the sink drain was slow, and the room just felt icky.

Not worth your time

Pros: not much
Cons: The entire facility needs to be overhauled and redecorated. Complimentary breakfast should be served for the price charged.
Location: The freeway and a strip mall. Some dining. Hotel offers room service and an in house restaurant.
The wallpaper is peeling off the walls. All the flooring throughout the hotel is in bad shape, The flooring in the elevator is even coming up. The lobby is boring and uninviting. For what you pay for this hotels you would expect the hotel to be in good shape, but it is badly in need of renovation. There is no complimentary breakfast and for this price all the surrounding hotels of decent quality of offer breakfast. I have stayed in the Phoenix area at various hotel a number of times, so I know this one is sub par. Staff was friendly and courteous.
