Good clean hotel.

Posted Apr 7, 2015
Pros: Nice pool
Cons: Make the rules regarding breakfast vouchers know in advance.
Location: 1 hour away from Peroria and Mariners Spring training. Lots of good restaurants around the Mesa area.
We were a bit disappointed with the free breakfast. There were three adults (my husband, myself and our 18 year old daughter) traveling for Spring Training. We booked the room with Expedia. No where on anything did it say that the free breakfast was for only for two. When we went to use the coupon we were told you only get two free breakfasts per room. That is fine, but it should have been noted somewhere in the fine print at expedia or the hotel BEFORE we ate breakfast. I looked at everything we booked and all the paperwork and I could find nothing that says breakfast for two only.

The pool was really nice but the rooms need some updating especially the bathrooms.

Hotel staff quickly resolved any issue we had.

Posted Mar 26, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Although the room cleanliness was acceptable the walk ways and elevator were not.
Even with a hotel full of young ball players and the families, everything remained under control including noise and cleanliness. Some pool noise at night but not a problem and never late into the night.

OK Hotel

Posted Mar 10, 2015
Pros: Coffee in the room.
Cons: TV, internet, improve cleaning.
Location: OK
The staff was helpful. The room was average. Internet service poor, weak signal and drops out. TV very bad ... a digital signal converted to analog, aspect ratio 4X3 stretched to16X9. Really bad in this day of HD pictures. Could not get priority points because it was booked through Expedia.

Might as well be Camping on the Freeway

Posted Feb 25, 2015 on Hotels.com
First off, I thought I had scored getting a one room suite. Beware that if you book that one room suite you are basically camping on the freeway off ramp. The road noise was unbearable. I went back to the front desk and asked for a room off of the freeway. After about five minutes the desk clerk said there were no king beds available so I had to settle for two double beds and a much smaller room and it backed up to the noisy elevator shaft. Not what I signed up for. The room was nothing special but did include a small refer and microwave. Let me pass on that I booked over 50 rooms last year and found that in the past few months the places that I have stayed have put me in the less desirable rooms. Just food for thought. I hope Hotels.com are paying attention.
