“Formerly smoking room rebranded as non-smoking”
This hotel belongs to the Extended-Stay-America family and provides rooms with a little kitchen area. Our room had a sign non-smoking, however, the smell of heavy smoking was still present due to the carpet that was not changed. Also in the bathroom it was clear that cigarettes were pushed out on the washbassin. The coach was at his end of life and was so soft and out-of-shape that it was unpleasant to sit on. The bed was replaced and of good quality. The overall location was good, but we will not go back to this place.
“Good place to stay”
Friendly service, good Pizza place that delivers close by, good room for extended stay.
“Impressed”
Very nice, clean, great location. Beautiful park across the street. I most definitely will stay there next time we are in town.
“Best Value in Mesa”
If you are looking for a decent, comfortable hotel to stay in while visiting the West Mesa/East Tempe area, you can't beat the Homestead Phoenix - Mesa. Their prices are exceptional, particularly when compared to other hotels in the area. The rooms are always clean and the front desk agent is very friendly and willing to please. These rooms have a kitchenette so they are perfect for longer stays when you might want to cook and dine in your room. It's nothing fancy, but for the price I think the Homestead offers exceptional value.
“Can't wait to go back”
This is our third stay @ Homestead-Mesa. The hotel's located just off the freeway, so we could get to & from other areas on our itenerary. The room was very nice and clean. We had reserved a Queen bed since the King wasn't available. However, after checking in and going to the room, we found to our delioght that the room had a King bed! We surmise that the hotel checked our history @ check-in and saw that we usually have a king bed, so that's what we received! We nice and pleasant stay. Looking forward to our next visit, as this hotel will be our place to stay in the Valley. Thanks
“Unbelievably Nice Hotel for the Price!”
The hotel was in a nice area right off the Highway which made getting around so much easier. Had a stove, fridge, microwave and utensils. Rooms were clean, internet was only 5bucks for the duration of the stay. All of this for less than 40 bucks a night! For anytrip i take back to Phoenix, I will probably be staying at this hotel.
“no homestead”
had no wash cloths..couldn't get more..bed old and low and uncomfortable..no extra pillows..a/c worked...either freeze to death or turn off and burn up...BUT..for long time stay..worth the money..not for short time stay...for anyone....like a nice cheap apartment..great location..just make sure you have your own ammeneties..won't stay at any homestead again for pleasure..
“not impressed”
I asked for a non-smoking room and was assured it was. They were full so I had no other choice of a room and it smelled like stale cigarettes. It's possible it was a no smoking room that people smoked in anyway.
“Nice, Cheap, Quiet.”
The cheapest prices in Mesa. You pay less and get a stove, full size fridge and microwave. I've paid more for less so I am satisfied and would stay again if need be. Clean, no complaints except the TV was kinda funky (fuzzy, bad sound), but it worked. I was able to hook up my Xbox 360 through the coax on the back.
“was pleased”
I found the Homestead Suites nicely located to main roads, intersections and interstate system. The staff at front office was nice, friendly ,helpful and could answered questions .
