Pros: It was clean
Cons: The Maintenance of the rooms, Holel as a total.
The stay was disappointing becouse of a number of reasons. 1. The hotel reads FREE breakfast, not true only for some rooms only. You donot know this untill you ckeck in. 2. Tv not working, most channels not clear and very snowie. 3. Two out of the Four lights not working. 4. Large front Window of the room was very loose and seemed to want to fall out. 5. Plumbing very noise when turning on or off.

Annual Southern Disc Golf TripPosted Mar 23, 2014
Pros: Kitchenette, separate bedroom. Wireless. Spa and Pool, BBQ available. Free Happy Hour.
Cons: I was very unhappy that breakfast, which is generally included was not available to us because we booked in Expedia.
I have stayed here for the last 7 years. The hotel is clean and is in a centrally located area.

2014 Spring TrainingPosted Mar 19, 2014
We stayed here for 2014 Spring Training, the hotel is about 2 miles from Scottsdale Stadium. After a busy day of games in the sun & a fun dinner with friends it was nice to come to a quiet place to rest up for the next day. The grounds are clean and there is a nice lawn area & pool to relax. The price is reasonable, but if you book through Expedia you do not get complimentary breakfast & we were a bit disappointed by that.

Nice hotel close to the airport.Posted Mar 18, 2014
Pros: The setting was wonderful. Wish that we could have stayed longer.
Location: We had very little time to spend at this location.
They were most helpful and willing to assist us in any way that they could.

2 Star HotelPosted Mar 17, 2014
Location: A "Naked Girls" Dance parlor was down the street. Not a good sign for a 3 star hotel. Will stick to a chain hotel next time.
This hotel was fine for a 2 star hotel, but not 3 star. The bathroom was tiny, and the decor was very dated. I felt like I was staying at a Motel 6.

Beds too soft, and not queen only double.Posted Mar 11, 2014
Pros: People friendly esp clean crew and liked the rooms by the pool and the grounds were nice.
Cons: Remodel the rooms and get new beds and sheets, blankets. Towels for rooms and pool too small.
Location: Liked the location. Mall down the street vacant a disappointment.
First night too noisy by the main road. Moved to section C and it was much better. Needs to have bathrooms updated cracked bathtub, dirty tile andd caulking. Dirty socks left in corner of room from previous people. Cannot sleep in the beds, soft and lumpy and blanket very old and scratchy.

Need UpgradePosted Mar 6, 2014
Pros: The Happy Hour
Cons: Needs Upgrades
Location: Spring Training
The shower Leaked. The toilet ran all night. The television was old and fuzzy. The front desk sent up a man with a cable for the TV. It did not work; we gave up. The hot tub jets only worked on one side. Because be booked online we were not eligible for the free breakfast. The only positive was the happy hour every night.

Not for the discerning guestPosted Mar 6, 2014
Pros: Good location near downtown Scottsdale if you don't mind strip clubs to the north and south.
This is an OK hotel for those wanting a place for a long stay for not too much money. Each unit has a kitchenette (bring your own everything) featuring a 20-year old refrigerator and an electric stove of uncertain vintage. Our first room smelled awful (stale smoke, wet stucco??). The second was better but a couple-hour airing out was necessary. The whole property is very tired. Bathroom desperately needed updating. It was clean enough and housekeeping did an acceptable job. Adjoining restaurant was a hang-out for young people and not very welcoming.
