“Soundproof your Rooms”
Overall, stay was satisfactory.. Rooms were reasonably spacious & comfortable; but since it is a property fronting the freeway, the rooms NEED TO BE MORE SOUNDPROOFED. You could hear all car noises, etc, coming from the freeway. Also, for a HYATT, I expected MORE from the Continental Breakfast. It was very disappointing. They need to add more menu items, such as waffles or some danish at least. Something to improve it.
“Nice Hotel in Phoenix”
Hyatt Place does not disappoint it's customers. Starting with the beds, pillows & soothing interior designs in the guest room, Hyatt Place provides comfort.

“Great Hotel”
Very impressed! Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Service, price & friendliness were outstanding!!!!
“Excellent”
Hotel was rather far away from Avondale where I was visiting but the low price and hotel were worth the drive. The hotel was conveniently located and easy to find. My teenage son stayed with me and he was impressed with how large the rooms were and having a couch with a flat screen TV he was in heaven.
“It was a comfortable stay”
We stayed for two nights, the service was good and the rooms were attractive and clean. I did not have any issues with just relaxing in my room.
“Great Hotel for the location........”
Stayed at the Hyatt Place Phx North for 5 nights. Got a great price. Was a nice place, clean, friendly staff, free breakfast and wi-fi, nice clean room with comfortable bed, desk, mini fridge and sink, couch and flat screen TV. Seemed relatively new and up to date. We enjoyed our stay. Not the best area of town, certainly not the worst either. Far enough north to avoid some other bad areas. The location was just right for us as we were scouting out north end of Phoenix and surrounding areas for a place to live. Would stay again if in the area.
“North Phoenix Hotel - Excellent place!”
This is a very good hotel. The price is perfect, clean, very good breakfast.
“I'll always come back!”

“"Beautiful Stay in Phoenix"”
We were looking for a nice, comfortable for our weeklong stay in Phoenix. The Hyatt Place was perfect. It was a beautiful hotel for a affordable price. I traveled with my children & they loved the sitting area, the breakfast & the pool.
