Hyatt Place Phoenix -North

I arrived at 330pm, recieved a small quick tour of galley area. where breakfast is served, also they have a bar and starbuck.drinks available at anytime. There is also someone avaible to make food 24hrs a day. Pool is a little small,but overall a wounderful comfy place.

The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. We enjoyed the large TV, nice sized swimming pool, the complimentary breakfast, and overall feel of the hotel.

We loved our stay at the Hyatt - the rooms were large and very clean. The staff was so friendly. Breakfast was delicious everyday. No wonder Hyatt hotels have such a good reputation they know how to treat their customers. I would definitely stay there again.

Really nice room and amazing continental breakfast. Close to Castles and Coasters too for some extra fun.

Good central location, very nice rooms that are updated and clean. Breakfast was good and they staff a small bar at night for that drink when you come back from your day. This isn't a hotel that you would stay at as part of your trip (ie: lots of stuff in the hotel to do), but more of a hotel that gets you going in the morning, and gives you a nice place to relax when you get back.

I have never experienced more friendly staff in my life! So impressed. The breakfast rocked. Such great options. Love the cottage cheese, fresh fruit and different hot egg sandwiches. The potato buns with gouda and egg were awesome. Pool was freezing so kids didn't swim more than 30 min but it warms up from the sun by the end of the day. Thanks Hyatt!

The hotel sits on the interstate so having a westerly room can be a little noisey. I asked for a room on the other side and they gave it to me without arguing. It was very pleasant.

Along side I-17 and traffic noise on our side of the hotel made sleeping almost impossible. The staff was so considerate. They kept on eye on my husband (alzheimers patient) while I went to appointments. They were wonderful!

Lots of road noise, Rooms on the side with the freeway, hard to sleep with freeway noise all night.
